This document advertises a two-day event hosted by Northampton Business School that will bring together senior executives from across the food and drink supply chain to discuss industry trends and forces of change over the next 5-10 years. The event will include keynote speeches on global food and drink trends and managing innovation, as well as interactive breakout sessions and a gala dinner showcasing local foods. Attendees will gain insight into industry mega-trends, opportunities for networking and blue sky thinking to stimulate innovation and support strategic planning. A Michelin-starred chef will participate as a speaker and in designing the gala dinner.
