Brian Healey | Agribusiness & Rural Industries Partner | Holding Redlich
Brian leads the Holding Redlich Agribusiness & Rural Industries Group nationally.
Brian has acted for some of Australia’s largest corporate agribusinesses and family based primary producers in the beef, grain,
cotton, forestry and other agricultural industries. Specialist legal knowledge in areas as diverse as rural property, water rights,
stamp duty and vegetation management coupled with a deep understanding and appreciation of agribusiness and rural
industries has involved Brian in some of Australia’s largest and most complex rural transactions in the cotton, feed lotting &
pastoral industries.
Brian acts for local agribusinesses and primary producers across their range of legal needs. He also acts for many international

Jammie Penm is Chief Commodity Analyst and Assistant Secretary, Agricultural Commodities and Trade Branch at Australian
Bureau of Agricultural and Resource Economics and Sciences (ABARES). His professional expertise and achievements revolve
around commodity analysis and economic research important to Australia’s primary industries.
Jammie has a PhD in econometrics from the Australian National University and a Master’s degree in economics from the State
University of New York at Stony Brook. Before joining ABARES, Jammie worked at the Australian National University, the former
Industries Assistance Commission and the State University of New York at Stony Brook in the United States.
Steven Thacker | Executive Director | Logistics Bureau Group
Industry Overview: Steven has over 25 years experience in the Supply Chain field involving Third Party Logistics, supply chain

Amy Bellhouse | Industry Analyst | Dairy Australia
The Trade and Strategy group supports Australia’s position as an internationally competitive, innovative and sustainable dairy
industry. Amy contributes to this by undertaking a range of research, analysis and communication activities on behalf of industry
stakeholders, with a focus on dairy input markets, and Australian and international dairy demand. In doing so she draws on her
experience in farm-to-factory supply management, and trading of processed grain to both domestic and international customers,
coupled with an academic background in Agricultural Science and Commerce. Amy’s role involves contact with all levels of the
