Fabric Over Foam Gaskets:
• Highly conductive nickel/copper polyester or silver plated
nylon fabrics over an open cell urethane core.
• New foam and flame retardant resin which combined with
SEM´s highly conductive fabrics offers EMI Gaskets V0
rating and Halogen free.
• Available in over 150 profiles
DynaGreen/Dynashear:
• New flame retardant formulation providing EMI shielding
gaskets with UL94-V0 grade and Halogen Free.
• Superior features over BeCu Fingerstock gaskets for blades
or dynamic card/cage applications.
• Innovative bump technology which preserves substantial
shielding effectiveness even when compression is low.

I/O Gaskets: Provide surface shielding that come from the
combined strength of the gaskets' conductive fabric and
soft, resilient urethane foam core. Standard D-Sub
Connector gaskets available
CONDUCTIVE & NON-CONDUCTIVE FR FOAM.
Constructed of conductive foam with a knitted conductive
fabric. Used for shielding and grounding I/O ports,
backplanes and specialty applications. Available from
0.45mm to 5mm thickness.
Fabric over Silicone EMI Gasket: for high temperature
applications, with a new flame retardant formulation.
Provides low compression forces, low compression set
and an operating temperature that can be up to 125ºC
(257ºF)

ORS-II The Broadband EMI Shielding Solution:
• SEMA introduces ORSII, a new series of gaskets specifically
designed for broadband applications.
• ORS-II: NiCu-C12 over Flame Retardent Conductive Foam
• ORS-II offers minimal surface resistance to achieve
superior grounding and shielding results at low
frequencies.
• Excellent Z-conductivity to close the cavities in the chassis
openings, ORS-II also ensures substantial shielding
performance at high frequencies. (See graph on right)
• ORSII is available with a UL-94V0 flammability rating and
complies with RoHS 2.0 European Directive and SVHC
Policy (REACH)

8. Conductive and Non-conductive Elastomers:
• Conductive silicone using either silver-plated copper or
nickel coated graphite fillers.
• Typical applications include peripheral, I/O shields and
static applications seals. Both military and commercial
grade material
• Available in sheets, die-cuts, and solid and hollow
extrusions
Conductive Tapes:
• Conductive NiCu fabric (without a foam core). Usually with
a conductive adhesive for mounting.
• Applications include shielding and grounding for small
apertures under 0.25mm. Includes masking tape for
painting & powder coating process.

9. Bandsorb Absorbers-S-series:
• thin, flexible, high-loss, magnetically &
electrically loaded, electrically non-
conductive silicone rubber absorber.
• Applications include Q reduction of a
cavity, eliminate surface currents and
generally dampen reflections.
Bandsorb Absorbers-F-series:
• lightweight high loss carbon impregnated
dielectric foam absorber.
• Applications requiring absorption across a
wide range of frequencies, such as antenna
cross-talk, side lobe reduction and cavity
resonance suppression can use the F-
series.

11. OpTIM Thermal solutions:
• Our OP-9700 thermally conductive gap filler with the highest
performance up to 10 W/mK.
• Schlegel now offers a new line of non-silicone base materials to
prevent oil bleeding.
• Within the line of TIM products, you will find Phase Change
Materials, Grease, Putty & Ceramic Insulators
• Some applications do need to be Electrically and Thermally
conductive and for this we offer our OP-400 Nickel Graphite
sheets
• Another line of products as Thermal Tape, conductive adhesives,

12. Environmental-EEH Series:
• Constructed of a conductive Tin/copper fabric over (EPDM) sponge
rubber core with a galvanized wire core for flange mounting.

Shielded Windows:
• Shielded Filter windows are designed for use with electronics
displays and give high level of shielding from both internally
and externally generated electromagnetic emissions.
• RFI/EMC Shielded windows can be manufactured in Allyl
carbonate, acrylic, polycarbonate or glass with shielded
element as cast in micro-fine mesh, laminated micro-fine mesh
or ITO disposition.
Honeycomb Vent Panel:
We use 5052 grade aluminum foil offering superior strength and
corrosion resistance over commercial grade aluminum foils. It
meets all requirements of MIL-C-7438.

Shielded Cans:
 On Board EMI containment solutions offer Single (SD) and double

PermaFlow Filters:
Schlegel‘s unique porous film provides air/sound permeability and
water/dustproof function at the same time, which prevents inundation
and contamination inside of the case.
DoubleShield Grounding Pads:
Used to connect PCB’s to each other and to equilize the potential voltage
difference between the PCBs.They are also used to connect PCBs to a
grounding point on the metal cover.
