Food justice is defined as the right of all communities to produce, distribute, access, and eat good, healthy food regardless of personal characteristics such as race, class, or ability. Poorer neighborhoods tend to have fewer supermarkets and more liquor stores and fast food restaurants, offering less healthy food options. This is due in part to systemic racism in the food system. Organizations like Líderes Campesinas work to empower farmworkers and advocate for more just and sustainable food systems. The H-2A visa program that brings temporary immigrant farmworkers to the US leaves them vulnerable due to their dependence on specific employers.
Environmental sustainability is an important global issue as our planet's resources are limited and we must work to preserve the environment for future generations. On an individual level, the biggest impact can be made through lifestyle choices that minimize waste and carbon footprint, and by supporting local sustainable organizations and officials. Social media serves as an effective tool to connect with others promoting environmentalism, spread awareness of key issues, and advocate for a healthier environment.

Sanitation issues in developing countries negatively impact public health and economic development. 2.5 billion people lack basic sanitation services and diseases from unsafe water kill millions annually. The key causes are lack of access to proper waste disposal facilities and water pollution from human and industrial waste. Solutions require improved infrastructure, but also addressing population growth, which increases demand on limited resources. While more progress is still needed, organizations like WaterAid have helped by providing access to clean water for many communities in developing areas.

3) Solutions implemented include wells, sand dams, rainwater harvesting, and solar disinfection. NGOs play a large role, but sustainability is a challenge without community involvement in maintenance. Overall access remains low and expanding access

Assessment and Planning in Educational technology.pptxKavitha Krishnan
In an education system, it is understood that assessment is only for the students, but on the other hand, the Assessment of teachers is also an important aspect of the education system that ensures teachers are providing high-quality instruction to students. The assessment process can be used to provide feedback and support for professional development, to inform decisions about teacher retention or promotion, or to evaluate teacher effectiveness for accountability purposes.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

2. Poverty raising
We facing the struggle
No one to help
It’s a constant life hustle
All of these people dying
Got no water
I wanna help them
To get it in order
Water, that’s wet
Hand out to people in need
Like the rest
Serve in the east and the south and the west
Filter that water
To drink and refresh
3. For every view
we get on the
song our sponsor
will donate one
dollar towards
World Wide
Water. So we can
supply fresh and
filtered water to
everyone

5. ● The main goal of World Wide Water is to provide a safe filtered source of water, as
well as too educate the people on safe water uses for daily life.
7. Factors That Deem It Imperative and Raise
Awareness
- Only 6% of Africa is irrigated
- They rely too heavily on rainfall for their crops in Africa
- Proper water infrastructure could boost agricultural productivity by at least
50% in all of Africa
- War contributes significantly to failure and destruction of water
infrastructure in Syria
- The corrupt government/economy/poverty in general
8. How People Will Receive Education on Water
It is simple:
With so many partners and organizations around the world, we will be able to
accomplish finding as many places as can be found and mapped and we would
hold many meetings and seminars with other fellow non-profits such as United
Way, which (by the way) has one of its newest locations in Southern South
Africa, or the South of South Africa. United Way covers the the most affected
areas and the most affected of the affected areas, making it a great and reliable
partner.
9. How Water Will Reach the People
- Installation of more filtration systems as well as more water infrastructure in Africa
- Repairing the broken infrastructure in places like Syria (i.g. The Syrian Civil War, which had used to
have 99% of the population with water for not just thirst but sanitation until the Arab Spring and
violence destroyed water access systems)
- Working hard to supply as many bottles of water as can be supplied to regions stricken by thirst
and malnourishment simply due to poor economy, like Central America
Due to causes such as war/violence among others, fixed and renewed systems and our results
of the promised execution of our resolution funded by this organization may not remain there
permanently varying by the country in which the work is done, as the various problems of the
world are not all under our control. Our target regions with which we plan to commence before
expanding towards a global scale of service are the Central America region, Syria, and South
Africa.
