NOTES FOR PARALLEL PRESENTERS
 The parallel sessions are conducted in two buildings: Building D7 (5 rooms) and
Building D8 (5 rooms) of Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang, Jalan
Semarang 5 Malang.
 In each room for parallel session, there is a Liasion Officer (L/O) Student. The
student will provide assistance in controlling the number of participants, in
distributing handouts (if any) and in checking the presentation time.
 The time allocated for paper presentation is 30 minutes (including Question and
Answer session).
 A presenter should take turn to be a moderator for another presenter in the same
parallel session.
 Presenters are not allowed to grant request for a copy of softfile in the presentation
room.
NOTES FOR PARALLEL MODERATORS
 The moderator is kindly requested to open the presentation session for the presenter.
 The moderator is expected to introduce the presenter to the audience and read the
biodata of the presenter. The biodata can be seen in the Program Book to be
distributed at the venue.
 The moderator should inform the participants that the presentation lasts for 30
minutes including time for question and answer session.
 The moderator should remind the presenter when it is about the time to end the
presentation.
NOTES FOR THE PARTICIPANTS
 The confirmation of registration, plenary sessions, and lunch are held in Building
E6, Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang, Jalan Semarang 5 Malang.
 The parallel sessions are conducted in two buildings: Building D7 (5 rooms) and
Building D8 (5 rooms)
 Each room is limited to maximum of 25 participants. Please go to another room if
all seats in a room have been occupied by other participants.
 Participants are not allowed to request for a copy of softfile from the presenter in the
presentation room.
 Please avoid talking to other participants or using a mobile phone during the
presentation.
