[2015 e-Government Program] Action Plan

1. Action plan
Participating in this training program was very huge benefit to me. I do not
want to develop an action plan. The reason is that Smart Ulaanbaatar program is
already approved.
The Mayor of Ulaanbaatar approved Smart Ulaanbaatar program on the
21st of May , 2014. Within the framework of the program, many smart programs
and activities have been implemented.
For instance: Starting from 24th of July, 2015, U Money card is started to
be used for the public transport.
2. Window account and Tender means the system which will create is
easy to access, adequate and explicit open public control environment; Each
citizen will have a possibility to place a control various public services for each
employee, action and minute

2. 3.The program will be supported through the leading technological
solutions. The technological infrastructure will be implemented in 2014-2020 in
three stages.
 Electron-UB (2014-2016)
 Digital-UB (2015-2018)
 Smart-UB (2016-2020)
The works to be done in the Electron UB stage will create the fundamental
condition of activities to be carried out within the scope of the Digital UB stage. The
Digital UB stage will transmit all infrastructures to the smart technologies and will
start the Smart-UB stage.
All of the implementing agencies of the Ulaanbaatar Mayor's Office are
implementing smart programs in their work. they already defined their desired
results and timeline.
I will do my best for the implementation of the smart program for our
department.
I will do my best for the work that i am in charge of.
I am so glad to talk about Seoul's magnificent development and wonderful
e-development implementation to my seniors and colleagues.
I have gained very useful knowledge on e-government and its
implementation history of Korea.
Knowledge is very powerful tool to change the lives of millions. By knowing
and gaining beneficial information on the e-government, i will play my part for the
fruitful implementation of the program and its desired results.
