The Lassiter Library annual report summarizes the 2015-2016 school year. It established the library as a strong resource for the over 900 students, all with free or reduced lunch status, who speak 9 different languages. The library helped teachers find fiction and non-fiction works for reading interventions and expanded its internship program. Looking ahead, the librarian aims to focus on technology-based research, digital citizenship, and monthly technology professional development for teachers.
