way while waiting for equipment/materials to arrive on jobsite. Also worked closely with plant
maintenance preparing for startup. Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work
procedures. Lubricate machines and equipment. Insert shims, adjust tension on nuts and bolts, or
position parts, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments, to set specified clearances
between moving and stationary parts.

structures/stairs/stair rails and any other odd job he/they needed done.

Job Descriptions: Various jobs including all rotating outages/expansions. I removed and installed various
pumps/motors and valves. Remove and repack bearings. Install conveyors, drag chains, liners on bins,
gearboxes etc. I used Hoists, Cranes, Overhead Cranes, Forklifts, Chainfalls, and Come-alongs using
proper and safe rigging techniques. This includes Installation, leveling, and Alignments of pumps/motors
and gearboxes using Indicators and Lasers. By the time i left I was considered a highly skilled worker by
co-workers and supervision personnel in my field. I also learned proper usage of a transit level for use in
installing equipment. Used arc gouger and structural welded when needed.

Job Descriptions:
Pipe Fitter Helper: Helped with pipe fitting. ALOT of stainless pipe beveling with grinder. Helped with
rigging and installation of pipe. I used a torch beveler on all large carbon steel pipe. I fitted smaller
pipe ,less than three inches, by myself with little supervision as needed. I also volunteered for a
hazardous job lasting 2 weeks where i went inside confined space piping to inspect and repair the piping
from inside.
Structure Welding: We ran into a position where we needed pipe supports welded to begin 'selling off'
more pipe packages so I volunteered to weld our crews supports. I did almost all supports alone with
little help. Read/Interpreted Prints to determine exact location of supports to be welded. When I caught
the welding up i began the carbon steel pipe socket welds. I learned alot from Turner Ind. and am
grateful for the learning experience.
Other Jobs: I performed various other outages with Delco Ind. and Summit Ind. Removing and installing
worn/used parts/equipment for upgraded or new parts.
I have also worked for/with Richardson Electric Enterprises LLC. out of Valparaiso,FL in-between
Industrial construction jobs to gain more knowledge of general construction trades. When I work for Mr.
Joel Richardson my job title is Electrical Technician's Apprentice and I have acquired alot of knowledge
and training about electricity and its applications.

I would consider myself a great team leader. I have the ability to make others feel good about their job
to the extent of increasing productivity a considerable/noticeable amount. I have put in alot of work,
time, and training when it comes to shaft alignment using indicators or laser. I am also very skilled at
using transit to set equipment on elevation/level and straight-line for equipment installation references.
I can read, understand, and comprehend blue prints and layouts. I also have good communication skills,
especially when it comes to working with plant maintenance/Q.C. to get everything done on time and
safely. I consider myself a hard worker and dedicated employee. I take alot of pride in my work and I will
always make sure it is done to or surpasses the Company/Client's expectations. I am always eager to
learn new things to further my knowledge and improve my work. I always offer my advice and help to

Reasons for gaps in employment: I worked for a multi millon dollar farm in Niles, MI where I
