basis.
h Assisted with responsibility of 6 maintenance associates.
h Through PM's and structures we reduced our downtime by 75%.
h Worked directly with the Manufacturing Manager to develop local companies to support our
demands. This contributed to less downtime as well.
h Monitored department 5S and Lean Manufacturing activities.

h Maintained a Kan-Ban system for ordering supplies.
h Assist with creation of a company data base for PM's of equipment and tooling. Maintain this on a
daily basis.
h Schedule PM's. This included daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly work assignments.
h Work with outside vendors to establish proper levels of inventory.
