13. I built the 8 stores of Golisano Children Hospital building in Fort Myers FL
with precast forms. The weights of the precast forms where 25,800 to
6,000. I had to roll the forms sometimes to get the picking points in the right
area to set the precast forms properly. The Load cell don't work on the
crane most of the job so I had to be really safe and use my experience
when making a pick. I was the crane operator on the manitowoc triple 888
luffer with 120’ feet of main boom and 140’ feet of luffer with a 2 part block
good for 59,000 and the single part whipline good for 29,500. Some of the
other lifts I made with the crane where fly concrete bucket,sheet metal,
welding machine, pipe, steel, stack truck trailer one on another. I also did
all the maintenance greasing weekly,monthly. I also was the crane operator
on a 90 Ton R/T Grove building a parking garage. I did all the lifts on the
job like unload trucks set steel,set colums. fly anything they needed for the
first floor also built aluminum tables for the 2nd threw 5th storeys they
brought a 4100 manitowac crawler crane for the rest of the building.

Texas. I was a swing operator on three different job sites. One was an
Exxon Oil facility with16 other tower cranes working together at one time.
We always had to know where and what the other tower cranes were doing

each day. The second tower crane job was job was a 12 story building. It

15. I operated two all-terrain cranes. On one of FPL new power plant projects
in W.Palm Beach, FL. It was a very tight job with 8 cranes operating at one
time. Most of the time I was in the lay down yard feeding the job all the
different pieces to the plant; smaller Hershey sections, stack sections of
steel and other parts and pieces to the power plant. Helped erect the bigger

I worked at the Manitowoc factory in Wisconsin where they build most of there
Manitowoc cranes along with Grove. I was with the crane operator and rigging
group. My job was to erect the new cranes for the first time and test the cranes

Most of the time I was moving the crane around the job to position the crane in the

Crane operator of various cranes. To name a few the Manitowoc lattice boom crawler
triple 777,888,999, Manitowoc 2250,16000 series one configuration was with luffing jib
and the other was with jib off set or just working of main boom. One of the jobs was
operating the Manitowoc triple 777 with 280' of main boom building the Jackson
Memorial Hospital in Miami fl. The building was made out of precast forms that would
come in on trailers daily with anywhere from1 to 5 pieces on each trailer. There were
also crane jobs to like Operating Grove 70 ton RT, 700E, RT 760 E also 70 ton linkbelt
hydro operating on the job with the power company setting new poles and removing the
old power poles and loading them on a trailer or off to the side in a safe place to be
picked up at a later time . I did trusses for houses and I also worked with the erection
crew sometimes I would truck parts of the crane to and from the job. Me and the crew
would work most of the day and night putting the crane together or taking it down and
