Assessment of the situation in the donbas minsk agreementsUIFuture
We have asked the respondents whether they are familiar with the text of the Minsk agreements. It turned out that only 11.4% of respondents are well acquainted with the content of the agreements. Most of the population (60.3%) has a superficial knowledge or heard about them in the media, and one in four (25.8%) is absolutely unfamiliar with the contents of the agreements.
Objective: to identify the attitude of citizens of Ukraine to the socio-political and economic situation in the country, to determine the electoral preferences and level of confidence towards the civil and public institutions, as well as to form an estimate of judgments of the situation in the Donbas, e-declaration and other high-profile events

METHOD VALIDATION = ERROR ASSESSMENT
Method validation is the process of demonstrating that analytical procedures are suitable for their intended use and that they support the identity, strength, quality, purity and potency of the drug substances and drug products
Validation: Prior ConsiderationsSuitability of Instrument Status of Qualification and Calibration Suitability of Materials Status of Reference Standards, Reagents, Placebo Lots Suitability of Analyst Status of Training and Qualification Records Suitability of Documentation Written and approved standard test procedure and proper approved protocol with pre-established acceptance criteria
Compendial vs. Non-compendial Methods

Ability of an analytical method to measure the analyte free from interference due to other components.
Selectivity describes the ability of an analytical method to differentiate various substances in a sample
Original term used in USP
Also Preferred by IUPAC and AOAC
Also used to characterize chromatographic columns
Degree of Bias (Used in USP)
The difference in assay results between the two groups

FUTURE AND THE ASSESSMENT OF HIGH-PROFILE EVENTSUIFuture
In anticipation of 2017 respondents pondered over events that might happen next year. 37.2% don't expect any fundamental changes, but 23.9% believe that next year early parliamentary elections will be held, and 17.2% think that there will be early presidential election, whereas 7.6% predict a violent overthrow of Poroshenko. One in ten anticipates that in 2017 Russia will begin a new military advance in Ukraine. Comfortingly, there is a part of the respondents optimistic about the next year: 21.6% expect the emergence of new political leaders who will change the country for the better, and 12.1% expect that there will be stabilization and economic growth in Ukraine.
Crossing the Line of Contact - Monitoring Report, March 2018DonbassFullAccess
This report provides the results of the March 2018 round of the survey conducted by the Charitable Foundation «The Right to Protection» (R2P) at the five entry-exit checkpoints (EECPs) with the non-government-controlled area (NGCA) administered on a regular basis since June 2017. The EECPs are located in Donetsk (Maiorske, Marinka, Hnutove and Novotroitske) and Luhansk (Stanytsia Luhanska) Oblasts.
The survey is a part of the monitoring of violations of the rights of the conflict-affected population within the framework of the project «Advocacy, Protection and Legal Assistance to the Internally Displaced Population of Ukraine» implemented by R2P with the support of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR). The purpose of the survey is to explore the reasons and concerns of those travelling between the NGCA and the government controlled area (GCA), as well as the conditions and risks associated with crossing the line of contact through the EECPs. It should be noted that the survey results should not be directly extrapolated onto the entire population crossing the checkpoints, but it helps identify needs, gaps and trends, and provides an evidentiary basis for advocacy efforts.
The data collection methodology was the same at all EECPs. R2P monitors surveyed civilians queuing at the government-controlled side of EECPs in the lines for pedestrians and for vehicles both in GCA and NGCA directions. The survey was conducted anonymously and on a voluntary basis. All persons interviewed for the survey were informed about its purpose.
This report is based on the data collected from 1 to 29 March 2018 during 44 visits to the five EECPs. This reporting period is characterized by the transition to the spring schedule of operation on the government-controlled side of the EECPs (07:00 to 18:30).

Public Opinion Survey

Ukraine
May 14-28, 2013
2. 2
Methodology
The survey was conducted by the Public Opinion and Market Research Company Baltic Surveys/The Gallup
Organization on behalf of the International Republican Institute. The field work was carried out by Rating Group
Ukraine.
The main sample consisted of 1,200 permanent residents of Ukraine aged 18 and older and eligible to vote. It is
representative of the general population by age, gender, education and religion.
Data were collected on May 14 – 28, 2013, through face-to-face in-home interviews with the respondents. The margin
of error does not exceed plus or minus 2.8 percent. The response rate was 63 percent.
The sample design was a multi-stage random sample:
• Stage one: Ukraine is divided into 27 official administrative regions (25 regions of Ukraine, Kiev and Sevastopol).
All regions of Ukraine were surveyed.
• Stage two: selection of the settlements - towns and villages. Settlements were selected at random. The number of
selected settlements in each region was proportional to the share of population living in a particular type of the
settlement in each region. Towns were grouped into subtypes according to the size:
• City more than one million residents
• City 500,000-999,000
• City 100,000-499,000
• City 50,000-99,000
• City to 50,000
• Village
• Stage three: primary sampling units were described.
• The closest birthday rule was used for selection of the respondent. The households were selected using the
random route method.
