Introduction:-
An accurate body measurement is an important task for sewing. Proper
physical measurement is the first condition before sewing clothes.
According to physical values, measurements can be classified into two
ways, regular size and long size. However, this body size also varies with
gents and female body measurements. Standard body measurements are a
must measure the production of any kind of clothing. It is measured from
tailor shop to Industrial level.
Objectives:-
 Learn about standard body measurements.
 To learn how to measure accurately.
 To learn how to measure one's body.
Tools and Equipment:-
i. Measuring Tape
ii. Pen
iii.Pencil
iv.Measuring Scale
Method of measuring:-
i. First, I gather all the tools needed to do the task.
ii. Then, I take myself as a model of measurement.
iii.Finally, I measure all the necessary parts of my body.

Discussion:-
While taking measurements, some of mine measurements may not be as
accurate as my body measurements because I took these measurements
by myself with a tape.
Conclusion:-
After finishing this lab, I learn where the parts and points are measuring
to take body measurements. Now I can measure any kind of body
measurements. I think it will help me a lot in the future to take the body
measurements practically.
