A positive thought life leads to a positive
outlook. Talking yourself through a situation can

Reinforcing positive thoughts can also increase a
positive self image.
8. Music.
Music can slow your heart rate, help you
meditate and focus so you can reduce stress.

9. Hug.
A hug can reduce blood pressure and offer
