PROFILE
With over twenty five years in the building trade I have seen a good many changes. My sites
reflect the best of these and those qualities help make for a smooth running, well thought of,
happy and above all safe working environment. After a short spell in the printing industry
after leaving school, I worked for fourteen years at building restoration specialists William
Anelay ltd. This work took me all over the British Isles and many of these often high profile
projects won awards. I joined Bullock in 2004 as a senior general foreman and after
successfully completing a scheme in Wakefield with just myself and a T.L.O I was made up
to Site Manager.
Key Achievements
Achieving one of Bullocks highest Considerate Constructor scores recently. This was
achieved by rejuvenating a waste area for our site compound, recycling work material
and reinstating some old toilet blocks for site use. We also installed bat and bird
boxes and made good use of eco cabins.
Helping to procure extra works to run alongside existing program, due to happy
client.
Eliminating risk of delays by imaginative programming, such as considering weather
and environmental impacts.
My last two schemes received a 100% tenant satisfaction score.
Helping give our region a solid reputation for quality within the company.
Solid health and safety record. So far in 2014 my scores are as follows. (Average)
Internal H&S 99%/ External H&S 100%/ External Asbestos audit 100%.

attending Askham Bryan College I started work for the next 14 years with the
