Please find below an email to Richard Dearden, Defamation and Slander lawyer at

I am currently initiating a $ 20 M Defamation of Character and Slander lawsuit against
the Canadian Government along with individual lawsuits against every single civil
servant involved in the false accusations of Fraud on my part which have also unfairly
and unfortunately tainted Shawn Lamarche and Lamarche Electric's personal and
professional reputations.
Please also find enclosed very well documented proof since 2008 which establishes
beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am not nor have I ever been involved in Fraud and
certainly never formally charged or found guilty of Fraud nor has any of my associates.
The accusations of Fraud are completely false and without merit, in fact the evidence
will show that I currently am and always have been 100% open and more than
excessively and dangerously honest in all my business dealings and very careful when
presenting complete and honest information to potential investors and collaborators.
Shawn and his entire Lamarche Electric team were provided with a live innovation
demonstration when I originally set up in Lamarche Electric's lobby.
This is standard operating procedure since 2007 and it is specifically intended to
AVOID miscommunication.
The false accusations of Fraud that have been levied against us by ignorant and
uninformed Public Servants are due (in my belief) to the scientific fact that:
• our US patented ReGenX Generator has been proven since 2007 to “operate at
Infinite Efficiency”
To the unprofessional, uninformed, uneducated and ignorant reader this would
CERTAINLY appear to be a Fraudulent statement rather than a statement of absolute
fact.

2. Using that however to justify a false claim of us actively defrauding investors is
Slanderous and Defamatory. Based on the amount of information published on the
internet since 2008, there is absolutely NO excuse for these professionals to NOT be
fully informed and aware if the facts.
For example, just last Thursday, October 5th
we provided an innovation demonstration
to several high level investors and business people in Ottawa and they were ALL
informed that the innovations on display ALL operate at Infinite Efficiency.
Said investors and business people have requested another follow-up demonstration
this Friday at 10 AM and I would like to invite you to attend (assuming Shawn will
allow the demonstration to proceed?). I will also be inviting my lawyer if possible?
In fact I would strongly suggest that the Canadian Government Fraud accusers also be
invited so they can see their error and retract their harmful remarks and accusations
and settle this out of court before the media is involved.
The Ukrainian National Institute for Science, Thermophysics Engineering
Department who validated Infinite Efficiency Generator performance (as EVERYONE
has done since 2008 – including the Canadian Government National Research
Council and 5 PhDs from Defense Research and Development Canada ) have
requested and have been provided with complete innovation replication
instructions as part of their in-house Due Diligence and Evaluation process before
they agree to sign the Purchase Order PROPOSAL (please see edited proposal
attached).
Potential Difference inc. and its investors have spent well over $100,000.00 in Third
Party Independent performance evaluations and validation in order to ensure the
best possible data so our investors and corporate supporters can make fully accurate
and informed decisions.
These are not the actions of a company or group of individuals who are intending to
commit Fraud and Economic Crime.

My name is Thane Heins and I am the CEO and founder of an Ottawa based Clean-tech
R&D startup company. Our company has 3 US patented innovations which we are now in
the process of commercializing globally.
Currently our innovations have been generously allowed to be on display at a local
electrical contracting company where we routinely do demonstrations and presentations
for investors and potential interested parties.
Background:
This past May the Ukrainian National Academy of Science, Department of Engineering
Thermophysics came to Canada to see our US patented electric generator technology
and to validate its performance for possible deployment in the present and post-war re-
electrification of the Ukraine. Much of the Ukrainian electrical infrastructure has been
targeted and destroyed by Russia.
Our electric generator innovation was developed in the Power Lab at the University of
Ottawa under supervision of Dr. Habash and has been performance validated by many
Canadian universities as well by MIT.
Our generator innovation was performance validated by the Ukrainian physicist during his
visit and together we prepared a $19 M Purchase Order Agreement proposal for 1000, 30
kW generators for the Ukraine ASAP.
Our intention was to request that Siemens manufacture (ideally in the Ukraine) and
distribute said generators for the Ukraine for free in return for Global Exclusive
Manufacturing and Distribution of our intellectual property.
Many people in the Ukraine do not have access to electricity or heat and face life
threatening issues in the winter months.
In addition, I have appealed to the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC),
National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC
IRAP), Ontario Government (MarS), Sustainable Development Technologies Canada
(SDTC), Ottawa Centre for Research and Innovation (OCRI) and other corporations
(Siemens, Schneider Electric) for corporate funding in order to fulfill the Purchase Order
Agreement.
Representatives from the NRC IRAP, MarS, OCRI, Sustainable Development Canada,
Siemens and Schneider Electric have all been provided with innovation demonstrations
and the NRC IRAP Vice President, David Lisk recommended us for a $250,000 grant in

4. 2013 following a month long innovation evaluation and performance validation.
The Purchase Order Agreement is currently under review and the Ukrainian physicist has
requested and has been provided with complete replication instructions as part of their
due diligence process so they can further validate the innovation in house before they
sign and accept the agreement proposal.
Slander and Defamation Details:
Yesterday, moments before an innovation demonstration for very high level Ottawa
entrepreneurs/investors I was informed by the owner of the electrical contracting
company that his company lost a $20 M contract bid with the government because they
said that I am currently engaged in Fraud and the electrical contracting company was
guilty by association and would be black listed from government contracts for the next 5
years.
They cited the Ukrainian Purchase order Agreement proposal as proof of my Fraud
although I have never been accused or found guilty of Fraud nor do I understand how
they came to their conclusions?
I am interested in potentially suing the government for Slander and Defamation of
Character and I am wondering if you might consider representing me?
