The mood board will help generate cover design ideas and influence the final product. The informal proposal outlines the concept for the magazine which will cover YouTube videos, games, hardware, and new technology. It will require design software, images, and knowledge to write reviews and reports in a professional manner. The target audience is described as mainly male, ages 12-24, from social grades C2, C1 and AB who are interested in technology and entertainment. Discounted ideas like a movie or podcast are explained as being too time-consuming or lacking necessary equipment.

• Same logo’s used in the same font e.g. entertainment and PCGAMER
• PCGAMER logo is the same image through out their magazines/ website
• Mood is quite exciting for the majority of magazines that I used
• Lots of colour is used

The moodboard will influence my final product because It will help me create my
cover for my magazine and generate more ideas for me.

Current Idea
Concept My idea is a technology and entertainment magazine. It will cover my favourite
youtube videos in one month, talk about new and upcoming games for all platforms ,
PC hardware, a rant?, review a certain product and talk about upcoming/ new
technology
