observe the effects of sleep timing, sleep quality, and sleep duration on academic achievements in
young adults. Those who participated in the study were thirty six Italian seniors in high school. In
order to determine their ideal sleep timing, they each filled out the Morningness Eveningness
Questionnaire for Children and Adolescents (MEQ CA). For two non consecutive weeks, students
underwent actigraphy, which is a non invasive method of monitoring human rest and activity cycles.
This was done in a one month period, and was able to assess factors such as: habitual sleep timing
though the midpoint (MS); habitual sleep quality through the parameter of sleep efficiency (SE); and
habitual sleep duration through the parameter of total sleep time (TST) (Tonetti, Fabbri, Filardi,

debate about how such acknowledgments are best communicated, so that they will be sufficiently
credible and effective in improving future relations. In fact, many argue that memory is crucially
important as a response to past injustices, especially when dealing with human rights violations.
Memorializing the past, through memorials, commemorative ceremonies, etc., is widely promoted as a
valuable way of redressing the wrongs of the past. But what kind of redress can memorials provide,
and how can they advance in transitional justice? Indeed, I consider these symbolic reparations to be a
double edged sword due to their strengths and weaknesses, it presents only a fraction of the process

In the past 20 years the United States along with the world have entered a period referred to as New

Should students be permitted individual security on college campus? In 1791, our founding fathers

government cannot restrict this right. Colleges do not allow individuals to carry these weapons on

not many people make it out of there. Little do the people of Granite know now, but this town is about

of a kid was the star wide receiver for the South Caldwell Spartans. Now just because the wins were
carried on the back of Austin doesn t mean he did it all by himself. He had some other good players
along his side but the problem with them was that they were colored and were treated unfairly by the
