 Spearheading day to day management of facility, viz. monitoring operations of systems,
identifying issues, following with vendors, monitoring records of equipment performance ( MTBF &
MTTR) , log books, etc.

(Chillers, Cooling Tower , Pumps, AHU), UPS, Diesel Generators & Motors, HT & LT Panels,

Utility Equipment e.g Compressors, N2-Generator, Pump house, Water Treatment RO Plant ,

 Front End Engineering & Design ( FEED ) to evaluate the technical requirement and cost
estimation of the Project.
 Ensuring communication of all required services and specifications to the consultants and assist
them to create final design
 Reviewing design and finalising the design for all services; receiving tender and BOQ from the
services consultants
 Managing vendor selection and contracting for the services; receiving pre-qualification certificates
from prospective vendors
 Undertaking review of technical specifications and providing inputs for finalization of the vendor.
 Finalising and approving the contractor drawing for services
 Ensuring a kickoff happens with the contractor, consultants and the engineers in charge of the
site
 Preparing master schedules for all projects including resource schedules , Execution
Methodologies , Milestones , cash flow projections and periodic monitoring
 Managing the project in shepherd and coordinating all aspects of the project from design,
engineering, approvals, procurement, construction, safety, commissioning, and on-going
operations
 Monitoring the progress of the work at the site on an ongoing operations
 Ensuring final handover to facilities team; reviewing the completion of all planned activities
