What Makes a Good Leader
By Ben Thomson
Tolerance
I think that tolerance is an important trait that a
leader should have because if you make a
decision that is unpopular or even if you make a
mistake you should be able to put up with the
bad things that people have to say about you.
Tolerance is also good for when somebody just
won’t listen to you, then you can try and tell
them to be quiet without getting angry.
Patience
Patience is another great trait for a leader
because if you want something important to
happen but will take a while you need to be able
to wait for it. Another reason patience is
important you must a patience to become a
leader. You might try and rush to be a leader but
might not have the time to get ready for it.
Responsibility
Responsibility is what I think is the most
important trait of a leader because if you don’t
take responsibility of your belongings people
with think that your disorganised, which may
lead to people not supporting you. Also if you
don’t take care of your stuff you may lose
something important.
