• Time is money. Doing the right thing, in the
right way and for the right length of time.
• Concentration on High Priority Activities.
• Establishing priorities and refusal of
distractions.
• Quit being perfectionists for Non/ Less HPAs.
• Get started - GOYA. Genius is 1% inspiration &
99% perspiration.
• Commit positive attitude towards external
circumstances.
• Avoid mindlessly devotion to a particular
practice, procedure, or policy. Constant search
for improved ways to accomplish goals.

Achievements of Goals
• Improved time management never just happens.
It happen with conscious and continual effort.
• Self image control the usage of time. Act like the
person you think you are.
• Achievement of business goals requires others
co-operation.
• Success does not come by accident and depends
on lifelong practice of goal setting and
continuous growth.
• Written goals clarify and crystallize thinking.
• Powerful timesavers in any undertaking are
planning and goal setting. Reserve time for it.
• Affirmation and visualization improves personal

Managing Priorities
• Imperative activities are highly pay off.
• Establishing priorities saves time, trouble, and
efforts.
• Priorities shall be directed by self goals, not as
others want to see.
• Many personal goals are interdependent on
career and business goals.
• Dealing interruptions effectively will increase
productivity in a unbelievable degree.
• Handling of e-mail shall be efficient – Decide,
Delete, Delegate and Defer.
• Learn to say ‘No’.

• Keep it simple and short (KISS).

• Understanding others needs empathy. Empathy
recognizes the inherent right of a person to have his
or her own personal views.
• Listen for the total message i.e. 10% of the
communication comes through words, 30% by sounds,
and 60% by body language.
• Avoid selective listening – hearing only that pleases
own selves or fit into preconceived ideas.
• Give the other person time to finish.
• Use reflective responses to communicate your
attentiveness.
