INT. GIRLS BEDROOM
B/W - throughout film.
Girls hand adjusting webcam into focus, camera eye-level as she
sits back into her seat. We are in a council flat in South-East
London.
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
KAYLEIGH JACKSON AND TRACY JACKSON
KAYLEIGH
*sighs*
NON DIEGETIC TRACY
Kayleigh! Get down here!
CUT TO:
INT. STAIRCASE
Tracy awaits Kayleigh by the bottom left of the staircase, she’s
intoxicated. Kayleigh enters the shot by walking down stairs.
LOW ANGLE SHOT.
KAYLEIGH
What?
TRACY
You’ve gone and stolen my money again, haven’t you?
KAYLEIGH
You’ve probably gone and fucking blown it all on crack, ain’t ya?
TRACY
How fucking dare you! After all the shit I do for you! You little
slut!
KAYLEIGH
You do shit all for me!
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
Kayleigh storms into her bedroom, heavy breathing and agitated,
slams the door, rips her clothes and old teddies of the shelf.

2. Collapses in front of the door crying. MAY BE OUT OF SHOT DUE TO
‘‘WEBCAM’’ HEIGHT: EYE-LEVEL, MEDIUM SHOT.
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
Kayleigh’s in her pyjamas sitting on her computer chair talking to
her webcam. Her legs are up to her chest, her eyes are sunken and
her hair up.
KAYLEIGH
I’m sick of this, her behaving like a fucking child, I’m done.
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
HIGH ANGLE SHOT from a seperate camera, Kayleigh’s sitting on her
bed smoking out the window.
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
Back to being shot from the webcam. Kayleigh’s pacing around her
room, whilst she’s on the phone to her nan. The audience can’t
hear her Nan, but can assume what she’s saying by Kayleigh’s
replies.
KAYLEIGH
I really can’t take this anymore.
( waits for reply)
No, Nan you don’t realise how bad it’s got.
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
The webcam’s running but Kayleigh is not in shot. NON-DIEGETIC
sound of Tracy and Kayleigh arguing. Tracy’s speech is slurred
because she is intoxicated.
TRACY
Where the fuck have you been?!
KAYLEIGH
Get off me, get off me!
TRACY
Who the fuck do you think you are, you’re no one special!

3. NON-DIEGETIC SOUND OF THUDDING.
CUT TO:
INT. BEDROOM
Kayleigh’s sitting in bedroom with a black eye. She sits in
silence for a few seconds.
KAYLEIGH
I just don’t see why she treats me like this. I don’t deserve it.
I haven’t done fuck all to her. I can’t take this anymore.
Kayleigh chews her lip and her eyes drop to the floor.
I never wanted to be here anyway. Just wanna leave.
Kayleigh brings her hand to her mouth, chews her thumb nail and
mutters
Like she would even care, she wouldn’t miss me anyway.
Kayleigh sits in silence, she chews her thumb nail not
concentrating on the camera.
FADE OUT TO SOFT ACOUSTIC MUSIC.
