4. Values represent basic convictions that-
A specific mode of conduct or end-state of existence is
personally or socially preferable to an opposite or converse
mode of conduct or end-state of existence.
Value is a judgmental element of what is right, good,
or desirable.

COMPANY-
A value is a belief, a mission, or a philosophy that
is really meaningful to the company. An example
of a business value is: "Customer Satisfaction."
Another example of a value is "Being Ethical and
Truthful."

strategic plans in which they list out their
goals and values.
