There are differences in opinions and working style to be
followed between Frank Davis and Thomas Green. Also,
there is lack of communication between them. This may
have a bad effect on the company's team work and
productivity if not corrected soon.

1. Out of line promotion of Thomas Green
2. Less efforts on Green’s part to follow the company’s work culture
3. Green having preconceived notion for Davis
4. Green not using his seniors advice to make up for his less experience
5. Green not willing to change his working style and start providing data

1. Davis was really bothered by not being consulted before filling up Senior
Market Specialist position
2. Green was least concerned about the protocols and work culture of company
3. Thomas Green has been self centric and inflexible in his approach to learning
new things
