Leadership 101: Introducing Vision

CRDN Director of Training, Shawn Fair, has
been a welcome addition to the Home Office
staff since joining the Network in late-2012.
In fact, we’re excited to introduce him to you
personally at our Regional Meetings in April.
Shawn will be leading two training sessions,
“Vision” and “Boss-to-Coach.” Each of these
unique concepts will provide you with the
necessary tools to implement a leadership
system within your own business. A system
we believe will help you set a definitive course
for success at the local level.
Vision Training
Vision has been the driving force for CRDN, beginning with it’s inception in
2001. It allows us to progress and overcome challenges. But, what exactly is
vision and how is it developed?
Vision Training will
walk you through a
practical, step-by-
step process to
evaluate your own
personal and
professional desires, beliefs and convictions; all of which will be necessary in
developing a consistent vision to guide your business toward growth and
success.

Boss-to-Coach Program
This session for Partners and managers of all levels will show you how to make
the leap from boss to coach.
Learning to provide developmental coaching as a part of everyday contact
requires the utilization of accountability, discipline, motivation and vision. Just
as important, this program seeks to develop peer-to-peer coaching and self-
management for all CRDN team members.
