(IDMS)? How does IDMS help in my business?
• It is an integrated portal for submitting deals of all kinds on ShopClues
.com
• IDMS is a transparent system that notifies you about the status of
your deals/campaign on the website
• You can list your products on hot campaigns like Sunday Flea Market,
Super Saver Bazaar etc.
• Deals ensures that the products have better visibility. This leads to
higher number of orders

Click on Submit Products
on Deals in
Grow Your Business

Following are the panel details:
1. List of active, old & upcoming campaigns will be shown on the left side
2. Campaign state
a. Seller Submission – Seller can submit deals
b. ShopClues Review – ShopClues will review submitted deals
c. Seller Confirmation – Seller will confirm deals approved by ShopClues
d. Campaign Live – All confirmed deals will run in the campaign
3. Campaign timelines for each campaign state
4. Rules & restrictions for each active campaign

Submit products on deal for Active campaigns in ‘SELLER SUBMISSION’ campaign state.

through panel or via csv upload
by clicking on Bulk Submit.

Seller may upload PIDs
using csv upload method.

Submitted’.
CSV Content details
Note: Only [Alphabets], [numbers], "." , "_" , "-" , [space] with maximum 50 characters are allowed in csv filename. Eg: sfm_1.csv

In ‘ShopClues Review’ state:
1. After Seller Submission state expires, campaign state will move to next state: ‘ShopClues Review’
2. Seller can only view submitted deals
3. Price/Quantity values can’t be edited/removed for any submitted deal till review is Complete
In ‘Seller Confirmation’ state:
1. All deals confirmed by seller would be made live later in the campaign
2. All rejected deals by Shopclues will be shown with appropriate rejection reasons
3. Seller can remove approved deals if he is not interested to make them live
4. Seller can further reduce Selling price/Target payout or increase quantity of various products
In ‘Campaign Freezed’ state:
Seller can view all his confirmed deals that will run when campaign actually becomes LIVE.
In ‘Campaign Live’ state:
All confirmed deals would be live

Campaign Dashboard
With the help of
various filters
provided, sellers can
at a glance see the
response to their
campaigns in the
Summary Dashboard.

Campaign tab.
