This is a Memorandum of Understanding between two organizations. Mutually accepted terms and conditions between all parties for a better working relationship. This bilateral document has a time limit and can be renewed with the mutual agreement of both parties. Entrepreneurs of small businesses especially can get benefits after having MOUs with large organizations from it for t growth of businesses.

1. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

Article :
The participantsshall collaborate inthe followingkeyareas:

Clause 6: Anychangesinrates of the abovementionedpackagesshallbe conveyedtoWCCIby
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxtleast1month priorto the changescomingineffect.
Article 2:
All terms andprovisionsof thisMOU shall be incompliance withthe validlaws,rulesandregulationsof
Pakistan.
Article 3:
Rightsof intellectualpropertyshallbe protectedincompliance withthe rulesandregulationsof
Pakistan.
Article 4:
Onlythrougha written mutual agreement,the presentMOUcan be amendedorreconsidered.
Article 5:
In the case of suspension orterminationof the presentMOU,bothpartiesshall agree onthe
continuance of the activitiesalreadybeencommenceduntil completion.

2. Article 6:
The MOU takeseffectonce signedbyauthorizedrepresentatives of boththe institutions.The
agreementshall remaininforce forxxxxx-yearsrenewable periodfromthe date of signingunless,during
the period,eitherpartysubmitsawrittennotice of terminationat-lestxxxx monthsbefore termination
date.
Article 7:
For reasonspertainingtonational security,nationalinterest,publicorderorpublichealth,bothparties
shall retaintheirrighttosuspendtemporarily the executionof the presentMOU partiallyorcompletely.
Article 8:
In all eventsandjointproductionsthatcome underthiscollaboration:
• WCCI andXXXXXxx approvedlogoswill be featured.
• Publicityormarketingforanyactivitywill be featuredonWCCIand xxxx printedpressreleases,
publicitymaterialsandwebsitesetc.
• Reciprocal linkswillbe setupbetweenthe organizations’websites.
TERMINATION
a).This agreementshall come intoeffectfromthe date of itssigningandshall remainvaliduntil notice
of itsterminationisgiveninwritingbyeitherparty,in whichcase the agreementwill be terminated
three monthsafterthe date of the saidnotice.
b).Anymodificationconcerningthe agreementinforce mayonlybe made mutual consentinwriting
betweenbothparties.
