Verify the
applications
Written test
Bangladesh Bank gives advertisement in the newspaper
and website in which different vacant posts were
mentioned.
After receiving the applications from the applicants, the
applications are verified by proper authority
Bangladesh Bank requests different institutions to submit
tender. After completing necessary formalities, written test
is taken.
4. Viva- Voce Applicants who have passed the written test are asked
to take part in viva-voce.

Bangladesh Bank do medical and police verification for
selected persons
Appoint the

After getting the permission from the directors' committee, the
selected applicants are finally appointed.

DEVELOPMENT
• To keep constant touch and work in collaboration with the
Training & Development Wing of HRD.
•Design Annual Training Plan, course calendar, syllabus,
course contents, to review curriculum periodically.
•Arrange Foundation Training Course for the newly
recruited Assistant Directors of Bangladesh Bank.
•Computer and IT, English Language skill training for BB
employees.
•To arrange courses/workshop/seminar on the request of
different department.

10. APPRAISAL PROCESS
Rating of competencies
The appraiser has to evaluate the behavior of the appraise after consulting the Competency Dictionary and
determine the achieved level by the appraise.
Rating of goals
If the appraise achieves the goal within the specified time, the achievement is of the quality and quantity
meets the target, the rating of that goal will be 5 and if it does not, it can be 4,3,2,1 or 0.
