1) The Changwon RCE has an up-cycling project that collects reusable goods in Changwon, Korea and donates them to communities in Cambodia through a partnership with a local elementary school. 2) Under the project, city hall employees collected coins that were then used to fund a flea market, with proceeds donated to support education in Cambodia. The project aims to raise awareness of the value of reusable goods and respect for other cultures. 3) The expected outcomes are to fulfill Korea's social responsibility following the war, deliver hope and dreams to Cambodia, encourage local participation in recycling and volunteering, and help cultivate global citizens to promote education for sustainable development and prosperity around the world.
