3. Recap of the First Four Days
• We looked at our own and each others’
thoughts, input from our community, and what
research says about what students need for the
future
• We reviewed our ideas shown through the
Medicine Wheel and Howard Gardner’s Five
Minds
• We examined some ways to assess our students’
learning
• We looked at stakeholder input and developed
our draft “Pathways”
4. Our Objective of the Day:
•To look at the plan we have constructed so far, and
look for places we need to add to, clarify, or improve
•To own it … and live with it
6. Speed Dating
• Form two circles, one on the inside of the other
• One circle stays, one rotates every two minutes
• Middle and outside alternate sharing
• Return to your tables and share
• Report out after 10 minutes
