How To Be Broke Essay
A lot of people know how difficult it is to be broke, however, there are people who tend to forget that they are actually in control of their finances.
That just mean that you will need to learn certain things when it comes to spending, saving, and earning, so you can prevent yourself from being broke
again. It may not be easy, but every journey has their own rocky roads, it's how you deal with them and how you manage them that would affect thegoal
. So to help you out for a bit, here are a couple of ways you must try to stop being broke.
"Poor is a condition. Broke is a situation. Fix your situation before it becomes a condition." – Larry Winget
SET GOALS
One of the best things to do if you want to stop being broken is that you need to set your mind that you must chance your financial situation. Make it
as a goal that you really want and at the same time need to reach. However, you need to specific on whatever it is you need to accomplish when it
comes to your finances. Making short–term goals and slowly turning them into long–turn goals work best. For instance, your goal is to spend less than
$100 of food in a certain amount of days, it is just a short–term goal and if you manage to succeed then slowly move your way to the long–term goals
and you'll realize you can actually be financially stable if you really want ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Unfortunately, your financial problem won't go away unless you pay of all of your loans and debts. It is not that necessary for you to pay it all of
at once because that is just impossible unless you won the lottery. Make sure to put money aside so that you'll be able to pay off these loans slowly.
It might take a while but the day will eventually come and you'll be able to pay it all off. Just avoid getting loans in the future because it will just be a

Why Are Pro Athletes Paid Too Much
Did you ever think to yourself that pro athletes are paid way too much money for what they do. Even though pro athletes are paid more money than
someone who fights for country yet these athletes half the time when they retire they don't plan and go broke. Besides that these player are usually
used by the big companies. If you ever thought they were getting paid too much then stop paying to watch these players play.
When professional athlete goes into retirement do you know what happens to them? What happens to most athletes is they don't plan for retirement so
78% of football athletes go broke and the same goes for 60% of basketball players. When these athletes that go into retirement without planning they
have to file bankruptcy or take out loans. The reason this happens is because they buy over extravagant houses, shoes, and cars that show most athletes
can't be trusted with all this money in there pockets. That's why these players should have their paychecks smaller so they can't buy these things that
make them go bankrupt. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
These pro athletes can make an extravagant amount of money around $50 million for playing and risking their bones being broken yet a person in
the military risk their life for a measly $50 thousand dollars a year and can die instead of losing a limb. These wage gaps between a pro athlete and a
war vet are huge even though a war vet isn't even able to really live off of this wage and have a house if they are injured, but if a player s injured
they still get paid and see there family unlike a marine. Another thing is as a marine they can die or be crippled for life, yes a pro athlete can have
this happen to them, but the chance of this happening to a pro athlete is a lot lower than a

The Importance Of Hazard Taking For My Career
Hazard taking is the demonstration or truth of accomplishing something crazy that includes chance with a specific end goal to accomplish an
objective. In the wake of graduating school, I'll be going out on a limb that may change my future regardless, which is me being a product planner
for my profession. This is a major hazard for me on the grounds that most days they're are searching for more experience specialists, not somebody
who just left school. They need somebody who realizes what they're doing and not hold their hand the distance. As indicated by Careerbuilder.com

When you start going out on a limb and seeing the outcomes it offers, another standard starts to frame in your brain. You are never again happy with
simply enough, and realize that to make something of greatness, you should go to the following level. Since hazard is normally your very own outflow
thoughts, it can show you a great deal about yourself. The more agreeable you are investigating with new capacities inside yourself, the more mindful
you will turn out to be exactly what lies inside you. Furthermore, the more achievement you encounter inside those zones, the more certain you will
progress toward becoming.
Not just, all things considered, individuals go out on a limb, you have individuals in stories and ballads who goes out on a limb. The characters and
individuals in Beowulf go for broke that they do is check whether he is solid or not. Beowulf went for broke when he chose to go to Heorot to confront
Grendel. He goes to Heorot on the grounds that he needs to test his aptitude and boldness against the creature and show Grendel how intense the
Geats are. Additionally, Beowulf is going out on a limb by battling him with no weapon. This is terrifying for a few people since what happens if
Grendel is more grounded than him, he could in all beyond words.
In the entry they gain from their hazard taking knowledge amid the battle after Grendel's mom, which

How to Go Broke
Going broke is a very tedious and cumbersome activity, which requires constant vigilance and tireless effort. Although many have accomplished this
feat on their own, many of us require some form of guidance. This serves as the quintessential handbook of how to get broke; it shall be called The
House of Cards Insolvency Process Guide. To begin, it is critical to limit the term broke as financially bankrupt. Although at times broke can refer to
moral emptiness or may even be used to describe both pecuniary and personal ruin, we limit our definition strictly to fiscal failure. Before we delve
into the step by step guidelines on achieving one's bankruptcy, certain foundations are suggested to be laid out in order to facilitate the process.... Show

One must pretend to know the broad and yet differentiated world of banking and equity portfolios without bothering to actually learn about them. Use
words such as 'instability', 'hedging', and 'derivatives' to inspire awe and trust among those who discuss these activities with you. Of utmost importance
to Step Two, one must invest in only certain types of products to assure that one's portfolio remains inflexible and susceptible to crashing. Next comes
the more advanced form of unwise asset management: putting up businesses. In the Sound Business stage, the thoughtless and unabashed purchasing
habits initiated in Step One shall be the basis. At this point, the financially carefree person should have festered into a near–irrational spender.
Combined with the presumed delusions of grandeur instilled within every money dependent being, one's illogical fund management should produce
poorly thought through and totally unreasoned out business plans. Logic and better judgment that should dawn on a person after a few days of the
first occurrence of the insane business idea should be shelved for other situations. Ideas like creating exotic pet shops selling poisonous snails and
scorpions, making edible condoms, and putting up a sperm bank should be seen as profitable and nothing short of genius market differentiation. It is
advised to fund the aforementioned businesses via bank loans for higher interest rates, but if

Mexican American War Dbq Analysis
Texas a beautiful piece of land...covered with blood stains of the soldiers. The Mexican American War, the fight over the disputed land around Texas
and around California. Were the Americans actually justified for going to war with Mexico, meaning did they have a good reason to start the war?
Mexico owned the land and protected it. The U.S. had no reason to go to war, well Texas did annex itself to the U.S., but California didn't. There are
many more reasons why they are unjustified, America broke Mexican laws according to Mexico the Americans invaded, the U.S. started the war. The
war lasted from 1846–1848, America thought the border was the Rio Grande river. While Mexico though, thought the border was the Nueces river.

is unjustified is that they started the war intentionally by president Polk. In the background essay it says "Polk was a strong supporter of manifest
destiny." This is saying that Polk would do anything too complete the manifest destiny, even go to war with Mexico? What is manifest destiny
first off, it is the belief of the U.S. expanding from coast to coast. Polk was land hungry and desperate to complete the manifest destiny, he went to
war with Mexico not only over Texas but over California too. In the essay it states "Mexican soldiers had fired upon Americans on Texas side of the
Rio Grande, President Polk had a reason to go to war." Polk waited for a "valid" reason to go to war with Mexico. This makes the war unjustified,
because Polk wanted this to happen he gave the Mexicans a reason to attack so he can declare war. Polk is the bad guy he only wanted land and
waited to strike at Mexico by giving them a reason to PROTECT themselves. Thats all Mexico did was protect themselves, Polk is unjustified and so
is the U.S. ( background

Similarities In Not Poor, Just Broke And Genesis
There are three major similarities between "Not Poor, Just Broke" and "Genesis." The first similarity in the two stories is that at the beginning at
least one of the characters is missing some sort of feeling. In "Not Poor, Just Broke" Richard did not know the feeling of hate or shame. In
"Genesis" Adam and Eve did not know how it felt to have knowledge. In "Genesis" Adam and Eve did not even realize they were naked until they
gained knowledge. At the end of "Not Poor, Just Broke" Richard starts to realize that he has shame in everything he does on a day–to–day basis. The
second similarity is that there is someone who has power over the main character(s), and at least one of the main characters rebels against them. There
is God in "Genesis"

Why We Broke Up Essay
Why We Broke Up is not your classical romance novel, it is quite the opposite. Why We Broke Up, a contemporary romance novel written by Daniel
Handler takes a completely unique approach to a romance story, deprived of all the cliches of classical young adult romance literature. The book
illustrated by Maira Kalman and was published in 2011 by the Hachette Book Group. Handler's novel is an accurate representation of a real–life
relationship. The novel is narrated by Min, who tells the story of and contemplates her previous relationship through a collection of prosaic objects.
The novel's title Why We Broke Up is self explanatory. Why We Broke Up talks about relationships, and along with relationships, heartbreak. The story
is told as a long... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The book is unique Because it is in a letter form, from Min's perspective. If the novel would have been from Ed's perspective the story would have
been completely different. It would have been the classic love story where the popular guy starts dating the girl that is outstanding and is nothing
compared to the girls he has ever been with, the girl would have gotten to see and discover the real him that noone has yet seen, then he would face
an obstacle in his life, everything would go downhill just like any other classic love story that we are used to reading. The writing style is very
interesting because the chapters were very descriptive especially with the help of visuals. Although some chapters felt like they were being rushed, it
wasn't a big issue since all the other chapters were astonishing. Since the romance novel is describing items in a breakup box, the illustrator Maira
Kalman paintings are used as a portion of enhancement that made the items worth sparing. Anyone who has experienced heartbreak would find Min's
arguments relatable. One of the many reasons why I enjoyed this book is because many readers can relate to Min's situation. Throughout the novel we
find out that Min and Ed are from different social groups, and because they are so young readers like myself can relate and understand their problems.
The audience can usually find themselves in situations

So, as I said before, we were about to go on a family bike ride. My brother, and I were biking around in the front yard, and he was right behind me.
Since my brother was right behind me, I got off of my bike so he wouldn't hit me. That was not a good idea!
As I got off of my bike, I started to run. As I started to run, my foot got caught in my bike chain, and I fell onto the pavement. As I fell , I couldn't feel

Mexican War Justified Dbq Research Paper
The Mexican War
In 1840, the first baseball diamond was laid out in Cooperstown, NY, less than ten years later, the Mexican War began. The Mexican War took place
during 1846 – 1848. It happened in Texas when Mexican troops fired at trespassing American troops. Events leading to the war are the Texas
Revolution and the Texas and American treaty. So the question is, was theUnited States justified to go to war with Mexico. The United States was not
justified to go to war with Mexico. They maybe could have been justified, but they weren't. The United states was not justified to go to war with
Mexico because they stole Texas from Mexico, they broke Mexican law, and they trespassed on their land.
One reason the Mexican War was not justified was because America pretty much stole Texas and other parts of the southwest from Mexico. A lot of
Americans were settling in Texas before the war. "At this period,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
"In the eyes of the Mexican government, the mobilization of the US army was an outright attack on Mexico"(Doc C paragraph 3). America was
getting their military ready for battle. Maybe if President Polk hadn't been so greedy with Texas, he wouldn't have sent troops down there in the
first place to protect it. This quote shows the Mexican War was unjustified because US troops entered Mexican territory first starting the war. "In
July 1845, he sent American troops under General Zachary Taylor into the disputed area of southern Texas"(Background Essay Paragraph Seven).
This once again proved the same reason that America sent troops into Mexico first driving Mexico to protect themselves. Mexico had good reasons
for attacking our troops first. American troops were on Mexican territory and they were probably just about to shoot as well. This reason shows that
America was not justified to go to war with Mexico because American troops trespassed on Mexican

This is what I would do if I was the driver using the Contractualism as a primary ethic. I will not want to take the blame of hitting the pedestrian in
the car crash that caused several cars to be badly smashed; there was a person that was killed and there was my careless driving. This is all because I
broke the law of speeding. The driver's license is a contract that I broke a rule from. I hit a pedestrian which is also in the driver's license
something that by law I am supposed to let have the "right of way". I was also driving carelessly, that too is in the driver's license handbook. I took a

Persuasive Speech On How To Go Broke
As we are approaching this holiday season, the urge of spending money unveils before us. Money is an evil thing that controls every living soul. That
little ounce of self–control you thought you had, boom, GONE. Not only is spending money during the holiday season a given, most people still
have struggled with budgeting outside any special events. Of course, going broke is not the ideal way of things. Here is a step by step procedure
on how to ruin your life and go broke, you're welcome. Step one: An instantaneous way of becoming broke, without a doubt, create an offspring!
Not only do kids know how to suck the life out of you, they also tend to take every single cent that you have or ever thought to have, out of your
bank account. As a baby, the costs of diapers, clothes (which they will grow out of in a month), wipes, toys, shoes, and the cost of even MORE
food more than I already consume. Isn't having a kid so beautiful? Although most of these items are a necessity for an infant, as these children grow
older, they still tend to make you even more broke than you already are. I can already imagine my teenage daughter asking for a brand new mustang
and forty dollars here and there. Not only is this step one of many ways of becoming broke, this is the number one thing as well! So next time you think
"Man, I really want to be broke for the rest of my life". Resort to your next stage and have a kid! Step two: Next time you open your laptop, go ahead

Japanese American War : The Vietnam War
The Asia–Pacific War mirrored several other wars insofar as it had an abnormal enormous impact on the world, thereby altering the daily lives of those
residing in Japan and the United States. The Japanese American soldiers struggled to overcome and withstand the American's racism and hostility that
pervaded throughout the course of the war. A multitude of American military officials observed the Japanese American soldiers closely, since this
small minority acted as the American's enemy in the conflict. With the conclusion of the war, American political officials produced propaganda films
in order to convince people of a specific political point or influence throughout the war. Go for Broke and Know Your Enemy
–films concerning the
subject of this military conflict–depict the way in which the American government endeavored to induce discrimination among its citizenry, directed
towards this small minority class.
This militarized conflict arose from Japan's attempt to create a colonial empire, spanning the various Pacific Ocean. Because of its stature, Japan
experienced several natural resource shortages, which triggered widespread panic among the people. Consequently, the Japanese government
established a strategic framework from which they would acquire the territory, which could compensate for such scarcities: this underlying structure
instituted a system through which Japan would conquer a significant portion of the territory, contained within the Pacific Ocean. Japanese

Why Do Professional Athletes Get Paid

Some athletes are paid more than they deserve. Lots of athletes can't even manage their money without going broke. Like Kenny Anderson who

Great Depression Dbq
What Cause the Great Depression?
There are many beliefs and reasons why the Great Depression happened and when did it occur. Overall the strongest belief of what caused the Great
Depression was the crash of the stock market. Along with the the crash of the stock market other reasons of why the Great Depression happened were
suggested to do overproduction, buying installments, and purchasing stocks.
One of the reasons of what caused the Great Depression was due to overproduction. Overproduction was one of the reasons of why the Great
Depression happened because people would over work and sometimes the the prices would drop and farmers would lose money. In the third
document they illustrate an image of a farmer being kicked out of his farm . They show a farmer being kicked out of his farm because they also
show the price of cotton and wheat being smashed in the floor. The prices are being shown as being crashed into the floor because the price went

particularly vulnerable to even small decline in stock quotations. With any decrease in security values he would have to pay the additional money to
cover the corresponding decreases in his collateral". The quote explains how investors would lose money if their investment did not go well as they
were expecting it to go as. Buying stocks on margin contributed to cause the Great Depression because if the the stock crashes, the investors would
go out of money and would go broke at the end. This caused the Great Depression as well because they would go broke and lose their

In The Years, Gender Stereotype Is A Very Famous Topic
In the years, gender stereotype is a very famous topic on a lot of T.V comedy shows, and people may not recognize the stereotypes of men and
women still existed. There was a T.V show released in 2011, and we can see a lot of modern day changes compare to the shows before 90 's. For
example, girls have a lot more power over themselves but they still have to accommodate to men. In 2 Broke Girls, there was 2 girls which is
Caroline, a rich kid, and Max, a poor kid, meet in restaurant while they work. In this show, we can always see them always helping each other, and
they both are still strong being as women. Max has always being the one that control the restaurant and even her boss who is a women has to listen to

In this quote, we can see after the 90s, woman start to get more power on T.V Shows, so it is no longer male–dominating on that field anymore. On the
other hand, Max and Caroline, they still willing to obey their boyfriend, and treat them as the dominant role. In many times of the story, Max 's
boyfriend Randy want to broke up with her, but she will do whatever she can to hold him back. For example, in the story, she is willing to take a
road trip from New York to Los Angeles, yet Max still accept her boyfriend as the dominant role. Even with a lot of challenges, she still try to come
over to get connect with Randy. In this sense, we can see that Max had a lot respects for Randy, and she willing to become a maid of Randy. Although
in the story, woman had more freedom and stronger than before, but the gender stereotype haven 't been remove yet. They still have a sitcom which a
strong woman still have to become weak in front their love one. Max is the type of person who not to be afraid of anything, she is strong. However,
she choose to be the traditional woman role as her love one being happier than herself. So, she doesn't want anyone to hurt in their relationship. Max
have a boyfriend that his parents are not like Caroline because her father had make them lost a lot of money. Moreover, this caused Max 's relationship

Catcher In The Rye Loss Of Innocence Quotes
"Those who improve with age embrace the power of personal growth and personal achievement and begin to replace youth with wisdom, innocence
with understanding, and lack of purpose with self–actualization" (Bennent). In J.D. Salinger's novel The Catcher In The Rye, a sixteen year old boy
named Holden Caulfield has to go through a plethora of different turbulent obstacles that no other normal kid his age would ever have to go through.
He has flunked out of five schools, has had to cope with his younger brother Allie's death and just never ever gets along with anyone. The Catcher in
the Rye by J. D. Salinger, Holden has the fear of losing innocence. This is shown through the curse on the wall, the Little Shirley Beans record and

Antolini. Holden was at Mr. Antolini's house and was going to sleep at his house for the night. Mrs. Antolini goes to bed but Holden and Mr.
Antolini talk for a while about life. Then Holden fell asleep while he was talking. "What he was doing was, he was sitting on the floor right next to
the couch, in the dark and all, and he was sort of petting me or patting me on the goddamn head" (Salinger 192). This quote is saying that weird
things come up in the world very often. Holden never expected Mr. Antolini to ever just randomly touch him like he did. Holden just thinks that is
very weird to him because he has never experienced something like that before. As people grow up, they experience many new things. The thing about
adulthood is that kids that are going through have to face it sometime in their life. These are the reasons why Holden has had fear of losing his

Kailey Character Analysis
Kailey was dating Jack. Jack broke up with Kailey, because he didn't feel the same about her anymore. Kailey is heartbroken, but she will recover
eventually. My question is, will she really? Going back to the same person is most oftenly a very bad choice. Not only can a person not change. They
could be using someone for their own benefit, and in the end someone can lose love for him or herself.
Kailey was doing great after Jack, but seeing Jack made some old feelings come back up. Kailey and Jack eventually get back together. They break up,
because Jack once again, was not feeling it. Three days after Kailey and Jack break up, Kailey sees Jack in the hall with Olivia. Kailey thinks Olivia is
so pretty; and thinks she couldn't ever compare to her. Kailey is heartbroken, not only because the one she loves has moved on, but because she
doesn't feel worthy of anyones' love. Kailey is going to go home, and feel horrible about herself. If Kailey wouldn't have gone back to Jack she
wouldn't have had suffered as hard of a heartbreak, or be upset with how she looks. Before Jack broke up with her, she knew she was pretty. She felt
good about herself. Going back to Jack proved the fact that she ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
He needed someone to fill that void. Jack only wanted Kailey for his pleasure. Why? Most likely he knew she would come running back to him.
Kailey was a strong, independent woman, who didn't need a man; but the thought of having Jack back made her go mad. Since Kailey would just go
back to Jack, it will cause her in the end to become officially broken. What is very upsetting is Jac's need for someone. He used Kailey, because he
only thought of pleasure for himself. The average male thinks about intimate relations around 19 times a day(CITE). Proving the statement he could
just as easily be thinking the same things. Jack is using Kailey for his pleasure and once again, broke Kailey's

the form of payments for rent or a mortgage, tax payments and other accounts payable. You may alsowant to grow your business in the near future,
and growth sucks up cash. So, it's imperative that you manage your cash flow correctly. Lack of cash is one of the biggest reasons small businesses
fail. In fact, according to a U.S. Bank study, 82 percent of business's fail due to poor cash management, reports Entrepreneur. So, keep track of your
business cash flow on a weekly, or even a daily basis, by using a cashflow statement sheet. Your accounting software should have a cash flow statement
report. A cash flow statement looks at the money coming in or going out from different business–related activities and increases or decreases in other
accounts on the balance sheet. For instance:
What happens to your cash flow once a customer pays a bill?
What happens to your cash flow if your business purchases supplies, office equipment or inventory?
What happens to your cash if you pay an independent contractor?
Manage your cash flow correctly, because running out of money will put you out of business faster than anything else.
Go easy on large business purchases

As you can see, I have gone through an ordeal that will most likely affect me for awhile, if not forever. So I hope I can forewarn other people as much

Personal Narrative Essay: Zach's Broken Arm
Most people have probably broken their arm or saw someone else break theirs. It takes a long time to heal. I never had a broken arm, but my

to the hospital and then recovered. On September 12 2015 my brother went to school at ASA or All Saints Academy in St. Joseph. After school, he
played on the playground with his friend Cole. At this time I was on the bus to go home. Zach and Cole were playing tag when Zach ran down the

Why Do so Many Professional Athletes Go Broke After...
Jay Nicholls Economics of Sports Prof. Enz 4/5/13 Why do so many professional athletes go broke after retirement? After watching ESPN's 30 for
30, Broke, my mind starting pondering this question of why and how so many professional athletes are blowing through the millions they make while
playing their specific sport? It is amazing that someone can spend that much money so quickly. What are they buying and who are they buying things
for? Where are they spending it? Where do they go wrong? When did this trend start and will it continue in the future? What are the league officials
doing in order to prevent this tragedy from happening? These are some of the questions I will try to answer throughout this paper. In March of 2009

Seymour also brings up a good point that is often overlooked by people on the outside or the fans; this is the length of professional sports careers.
There are very few athletes in any sport that can last long enough to retire and have enough money to not worry about the rest of their lives.
Athletes such as Brett Favre, Cal Ripken, Chris Chelios and Gordie Howe are the rare exceptions to this rule. Howe played professional hockey
throughout five decades spanning nearly fifty years. An article from quanthockey.com stated that the average NHL player will play between five
and six seasons in the league no matter what position they were. On average that accounted for roughly 238 games played for skaters but far less
for goaltenders ("Average Length of an NHL Player Career"). The numbers across the other three major leagues are very similar or lower. However
hockey players, for the most part, are either good with their money or good at staying out the spotlight if they do go broke. The RAM Financial Group
is a company that specializes in helping professional athletes manage their wealth. They refer to themselves as financial coaches that "help guide you to
success" by planning for retirement, handling taxes, insurance, and budgeting along with many other services. In an article on their website they wrote

30 For 30 Broke Analysis
"30 for 30 Broke" is a documentary ESPN film, which was premiered on October 2, 2012. The founder of this film is Bill Simmons. The film has
30 presentations, presented by Buick Verano. The major athletes who were involved in the film are Bernie Kosar, Andre Rison, Keith McCants, and
Cliff Floyd, Sean Salisbury, Jamal Mashburn, Homer Bush, Bart Scott and Leon Searcy. The aim of Broke is to explore the factors that lead to
professional athletes to have such a dismal record when it comes to post–career financial security. The film shows how easy for multimillionaires to get

That is not an age in which you typically find excellent long–range planning skills and know how use a lot of money. Young professional athletes spend
money for cars, houses, jewelry, tailored suits. They compete with each other who has better material possessions. They don't just spend money
buying diamonds, houses and cars. They pay high tax rates, and then they pay agents and lawyers. Some of professional athletes gamble. Another
reason for getting broke is bad investment in businesses. For example, restaurants, record labels and car washes. But if you really want to lose a lot
of money, the fast way might be to take the route of someone like Evander Holyfield, who is said in the film that he has eleven children by nine
women. Child support recurs over and over again in Broke, which gives an airing both to the athletes' complaints that women seek them out specifically
to get pregnant and get rich and to the response that you can't very well throw your athlete status around to impress women in clubs and then claim
they trapped you because of your athlete

Partners states: "It's the excitement of being rich. The biggest thing we tell clients is that it's not about being rich, it's about creating wealth, and being
wealthy and maintaining wealth for your family's life. 'Rich' is a flash in the pan. 'Wealth' is created to last. So we talk about making sure they

  • 2. Why Are Pro Athletes Paid Too Much Did you ever think to yourself that pro athletes are paid way too much money for what they do. Even though pro athletes are paid more money than someone who fights for country yet these athletes half the time when they retire they don't plan and go broke. Besides that these player are usually used by the big companies. If you ever thought they were getting paid too much then stop paying to watch these players play. When these athletes that go into retirement without planning they have to file bankruptcy or take out loans. The reason this happens is because they buy over extravagant houses, shoes, and cars that show most athletes can't be trusted with all this money in there pockets. That's why these players should have their paychecks smaller so they can't buy these things that make them go bankrupt. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... These pro athletes can make an extravagant amount of money around $50 million for playing and risking their bones being broken yet a person in the military risk their life for a measly $50 thousand dollars a year and can die instead of losing a limb. These wage gaps between a pro athlete and a war vet are huge even though a war vet isn't even able to really live off of this wage and have a house if they are injured, but if a player s injured they still get paid and see there family unlike a marine. Another thing is as a marine they can die or be crippled for life, yes a pro athlete can have this happen to them, but the chance of this happening to a pro athlete is a lot lower than a ... The Importance Of Hazard Taking For My Career Hazard taking is the demonstration or truth of accomplishing something crazy that includes chance with a specific end goal to accomplish an objective. In the wake of graduating school, I'll be going out on a limb that may change my future regardless, which is me being a product planner for my profession. This is a major hazard for me on the grounds that most days they're are searching for more experience specialists, not somebody who just left school. • 4. How to Go Broke Going broke is a very tedious and cumbersome activity, which requires constant vigilance and tireless effort. Although many have accomplished this feat on their own, many of us require some form of guidance. This serves as the quintessential handbook of how to get broke; it shall be called The House of Cards Insolvency Process Guide. To begin, it is critical to limit the term broke as financially bankrupt. Although at times broke can refer to moral emptiness or may even be used to describe both pecuniary and personal ruin, we limit our definition strictly to fiscal failure. Before we delve into the step by step guidelines on achieving one's bankruptcy, certain foundations are suggested to be laid out in order to facilitate the process.... Use words such as 'instability', 'hedging', and 'derivatives' to inspire awe and trust among those who discuss these activities with you. Of utmost importance to Step Two, one must invest in only certain types of products to assure that one's portfolio remains inflexible and susceptible to crashing. Next comes the more advanced form of unwise asset management: putting up businesses. In the Sound Business stage, the thoughtless and unabashed purchasing habits initiated in Step One shall be the basis. At this point, the financially carefree person should have festered into a near–irrational spender. Combined with the presumed delusions of grandeur instilled within every money dependent being, one's illogical fund management should produce poorly thought through and totally unreasoned out business plans. Logic and better judgment that should dawn on a person after a few days of the first occurrence of the insane business idea should be shelved for other situations. Ideas like creating exotic pet shops selling poisonous snails and scorpions, making edible condoms, and putting up a sperm bank should be seen as profitable and nothing short of genius market differentiation. • 6. Mexican American War Dbq Analysis Texas a beautiful piece of land...covered with blood stains of the soldiers. The Mexican American War, the fight over the disputed land around Texas and around California. Were the Americans actually justified for going to war with Mexico, meaning did they have a good reason to start the war? Mexico owned the land and protected it. The U.S. had no reason to go to war, well Texas did annex itself to the U.S., but California didn't. There are many more reasons why they are unjustified, America broke Mexican laws according to Mexico the Americans invaded, the U.S. started the war. In the background essay it says "Polk was a strong supporter of manifest destiny." This is saying that Polk would do anything too complete the manifest destiny, even go to war with Mexico? What is manifest destiny first off, it is the belief of the U.S. expanding from coast to coast. Polk was land hungry and desperate to complete the manifest destiny, he went to war with Mexico not only over Texas but over California too. In the essay it states "Mexican soldiers had fired upon Americans on Texas side of the Rio Grande, President Polk had a reason to go to war." Polk waited for a "valid" reason to go to war with Mexico. This makes the war unjustified, because Polk wanted this to happen he gave the Mexicans a reason to attack so he can declare war. The first similarity in the two stories is that at the beginning at least one of the characters is missing some sort of feeling. In "Not Poor, Just Broke" Richard did not know the feeling of hate or shame. In "Genesis" Adam and Eve did not know how it felt to have knowledge. In "Genesis" Adam and Eve did not even realize they were naked until they gained knowledge. At the end of "Not Poor, Just Broke" Richard starts to realize that he has shame in everything he does on a day–to–day basis. The second similarity is that there is someone who has power over the main character(s), and at least one of the main characters rebels against them. There is God in "Genesis" ... • 8. Why We Broke Up Essay Why We Broke Up is not your classical romance novel, it is quite the opposite. Why We Broke Up, a contemporary romance novel written by Daniel Handler takes a completely unique approach to a romance story, deprived of all the cliches of classical young adult romance literature. The book illustrated by Maira Kalman and was published in 2011 by the Hachette Book Group. Handler's novel is an accurate representation of a real–life relationship. The novel is narrated by Min, who tells the story of and contemplates her previous relationship through a collection of prosaic objects. The novel's title Why We Broke Up is self explanatory. Why We Broke Up talks about relationships, and along with relationships, heartbreak. The story is told as a long... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The book is unique Because it is in a letter form, from Min's perspective. If the novel would have been from Ed's perspective the story would have been completely different. It would have been the classic love story where the popular guy starts dating the girl that is outstanding and is nothing compared to the girls he has ever been with, the girl would have gotten to see and discover the real him that noone has yet seen, then he would face an obstacle in his life, everything would go downhill just like any other classic love story that we are used to reading. The writing style is very interesting because the chapters were very descriptive especially with the help of visuals. Although some chapters felt like they were being rushed, it wasn't a big issue since all the other chapters were astonishing. Since the romance novel is describing items in a breakup box, the illustrator Maira Kalman paintings are used as a portion of enhancement that made the items worth sparing. Anyone who has experienced heartbreak would find Min's arguments relatable. One of the many reasons why I enjoyed this book is because many readers can relate to Min's situation. Throughout the novel we find out that Min and Ed are from different social groups, and because they are so young readers like myself can relate and understand their problems. The audience can usually find themselves in situations ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 11. Mexican War Justified Dbq Research Paper The Mexican War In 1840, the first baseball diamond was laid out in Cooperstown, NY, less than ten years later, the Mexican War began. The Mexican War took place during 1846 – 1848. It happened in Texas when Mexican troops fired at trespassing American troops. Events leading to the war are the Texas Revolution and the Texas and American treaty. So the question is, was theUnited States justified to go to war with Mexico. The United States was not justified to go to war with Mexico. They maybe could have been justified, but they weren't. The United states was not justified to go to war with Mexico because they stole Texas from Mexico, they broke Mexican law, and they trespassed on their land. One reason the Mexican War was not justified was because America pretty much stole Texas and other parts of the southwest from Mexico. A lot of Americans were settling in Texas before the war. "At this period,... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... "In the eyes of the Mexican government, the mobilization of the US army was an outright attack on Mexico"(Doc C paragraph 3). America was getting their military ready for battle. Maybe if President Polk hadn't been so greedy with Texas, he wouldn't have sent troops down there in the first place to protect it. This quote shows the Mexican War was unjustified because US troops entered Mexican territory first starting the war. "In July 1845, he sent American troops under General Zachary Taylor into the disputed area of southern Texas"(Background Essay Paragraph Seven). This once again proved the same reason that America sent troops into Mexico first driving Mexico to protect themselves. Mexico had good reasons for attacking our troops first. American troops were on Mexican territory and they were probably just about to shoot as well. I will not want to take the blame of hitting the pedestrian in the car crash that caused several cars to be badly smashed; there was a person that was killed and there was my careless driving. This is all because I broke the law of speeding. The driver's license is a contract that I broke a rule from. I hit a pedestrian which is also in the driver's license something that by law I am supposed to let have the "right of way". • 14. Persuasive Speech On How To Go Broke As we are approaching this holiday season, the urge of spending money unveils before us. Money is an evil thing that controls every living soul. That little ounce of self–control you thought you had, boom, GONE. Not only is spending money during the holiday season a given, most people still have struggled with budgeting outside any special events. Of course, going broke is not the ideal way of things. Here is a step by step procedure on how to ruin your life and go broke, you're welcome. Step one: An instantaneous way of becoming broke, without a doubt, create an offspring! Not only do kids know how to suck the life out of you, they also tend to take every single cent that you have or ever thought to have, out of your bank account. As a baby, the costs of diapers, clothes (which they will grow out of in a month), wipes, toys, shoes, and the cost of even MORE food more than I already consume. Isn't having a kid so beautiful? Although most of these items are a necessity for an infant, as these children grow older, they still tend to make you even more broke than you already are. I can already imagine my teenage daughter asking for a brand new mustang and forty dollars here and there. Not only is this step one of many ways of becoming broke, this is the number one thing as well! So next time you think "Man, I really want to be broke for the rest of my life". Resort to your next stage and have a kid! Step two: Next time you open your laptop, go ahead and search the website ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 15. Japanese American War : The Vietnam War The Asia–Pacific War mirrored several other wars insofar as it had an abnormal enormous impact on the world, thereby altering the daily lives of those residing in Japan and the United States. The Japanese American soldiers struggled to overcome and withstand the American's racism and hostility that pervaded throughout the course of the war. A multitude of American military officials observed the Japanese American soldiers closely, since this small minority acted as the American's enemy in the conflict. With the conclusion of the war, American political officials produced propaganda films in order to convince people of a specific political point or influence throughout the war. Go for Broke and Know Your Enemy –films concerning the subject of this military conflict–depict the way in which the American government endeavored to induce discrimination among its citizenry, directed towards this small minority class. This militarized conflict arose from Japan's attempt to create a colonial empire, spanning the various Pacific Ocean. Because of its stature, Japan experienced several natural resource shortages, which triggered widespread panic among the people. Consequently, the Japanese government established a strategic framework from which they would acquire the territory, which could compensate for such scarcities: this underlying structure instituted a system through which Japan would conquer a significant portion of the territory, contained within the Pacific Ocean. Overall the strongest belief of what caused the Great Depression was the crash of the stock market. One of the reasons of what caused the Great Depression was due to overproduction.
