Other people's decisions and thoughts used to have an immense part of my choices and decisions for myself. Dr. Seuss tells us that we should not

I knew this was a simulation because I was boxed in and had no escape. Its very strange how this simulation works. What it's originally supposed to

Before I read the Odyssey, my views on the Greek Gods was a bunch of powerful immortals who watched the world play out in front of them like a
game of parcheesi. But now I know that the people around the time of the Trojan War, the gods were believed to cheat, move their pieces more than
the dice said, take out an opponent's piece when they weren't supposed to. Odysseus was a piece on the gameboard, and all he wanted to do was get
home, but the odds were not always in his favor. Or should I say, the gods.
In Greek times, gods were created to have a reason for why things happen on Earth, like rain, sun, and lightning. Of course, we now have scientific
evidence of why these things happen, but the gods are still important to our learning today. One reason mythology is important is it debates between the

"It is almost time", my big sister said as we count down the days for prom. Prom was the only event I was looking forward to during my senior

Anyone who has ever attempted to read any literature written by gender theorist, Judith Butler, knows how much of a struggle it is to decode her main
points. Even after taking three gender studies courses, reading multiple articles, and analyzing portions from her books, I still have a difficult time
comprehending just exactly what Judith Butler is stating. One cannot simply read her writing once and expect fully understand her points. If you say

we can see clear dichotomy between good and evil and the obscure fear we create on. And so Horror films are used to guide those people who are
discriminating black people on how they feel. Black characters in the film are often offer subtle difference on how we deal with the matters of race.
