Plus Vocational training in Ahmedabad Electricity Co. Ltd.
1. 11/2 years ( from 08/11/1994 to 08/05/1995 )experience in Gujarat Narmada Valley
Fertilizer Co. Ltd., Bharuch as a trainee technician in world’s largest single stream
ammonia plant & have experience of all kind of pneumatic & electronic instrumentation
like control valves, transmitter, controllers mod-30 bells, DAS etc.
2. 7 months (from 18/05/1996) experience in Narmada Chematur Petrochemicals Co. Ltd.
Bharuch, (Gujarat) sister concern of G.N.F.C.Ltd. as Jr. Tech. & have experience of all
type of latest electronics instrumentation like ultrasonic, Radar Level, Mass & Mag. Flow
Meters Yokogawa make DCS PLC ETC.
3. Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira (Gujarat-India). It’s large petrochemical complex
with MEG, VCM, PVC, HDPE, PE, PP, PTA, POY, CPP & NGL-Naptha Cracker plant.
I have joined Reliance Industries Limited on 13th
December 1996, as a Jr. Technician
(Inst.) confirmed in June 1997. At present I am working as a Executive officer (inst).
have worked in instruments erection, commissioning, testing, Loop checking & carry-out
simulation of interlock and shut system in ethylene & propylene unloading and storage
facilities and supply to different plants and cryogenic liquid storage tank farm, in this
plant I have handle different type of sophisticated electronic field instruments and MOD
300 & ADVANT 500 distributed control system which was supplied by ASIAN BROWN
BOWARY. I was also undergoing commissioning work in Tank farm phase-II project,
which covers 38 Nos. of petrochemical raw material and products storage. There are I
have also get a very good experience in maintaining FMC loading arms and jetty
instruments, which are used for cryogenic liquids like ethylene propylene & LPG
loading & unloading activities. I have also experience of ISO – 9000,14000 work &
handled all type of documentation.
I have also worked on marine instruments like pressure, level, and flow measuring
instrument.commisioning exp of tank farm /terminal instrumentation of all type.
ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES:
1. Preventive maintenance of field Instruments.
2. Break down plant maintenance.
3. Day to day regular maintenance.
4. Spare planning and inspection of in-warded spare.

5. FIELD INSTRUMENTS HANDLED:

This system is very much useful for monitoring of tank parameters and inventory control.

maintenance procedure manual and format manual for the Tank Farm & Terminal
Instrumentation. (MEG,CES Business) of Reliance Industries Ltd., Hazira site. As per ISO .
I have conducted different type of training of my subordinates & updated training records.
OTHERS:
I have also valuable experience of cholorin handling plant & multi chemical tanks
commissioning. In that various Instrumentations like Radar level gauge, MOVS flow meters.
