Throughout David Hulchanski's article, titled "The Three Cities Within Toronto," he divides Toronto into three cities by classifying neighbourhoods
according to individual income. He describes the city as dynamic, as neighbourhoods have changed through the years between the different classes. A
major factor that causes this change is gentrification, where low–income neighbourhoods are renovated, which results in replacing the low–income
residents with wealthier individuals. In contrast, the population of low income neighbourhoods has also increased as the population of middle–income
neighbourhoods have decreased. As a result of these changes, Toronto is increasing the number of high–income neighbourhoods and low–income
neighbourhoods, phasing out the middle class. Hulchanski accurately describes polarization through the process of gentrification and by creating more
cost friendly neighbourhoods for families throughout Toronto.

Table 1 presents the descriptive statistics of variables used in this study. Based on the ACS 2009–2013, the median housing price and median rent in
the Chicago metropolitan area are $266,371 and $912, respectively. The average value of job accessibility and mixed land use are 1.01 and 2.57,

Iowa is viewed by many as lacking diversity in many areas, such as culture, careers, and even income. However, when one takes the time to look
closer, there are many socioeconomic differences, even within the span of a few miles. To highlight this, I have selected Cobblestone Estates in
DeWitt, as well as Broadway Street in Charlotte. These two neighborhoods are within a fifteen–minute drive, yet they are vastly different in many
ways. Cobblestone Estates is a brand new suburb in DeWitt. Broadway Street, on the other hand, is an old neighborhood that's been in existence since
the town's founding in the mid 1800s.By studying the locations, home values, and physical appearance of these neighborhoods, we are able to draw
conclusions about their socioeconomic statuses.

On 11/10/2017, I was dispatched to 480 N. Rock Rd Belle Plaine, KS. for the report of battery thefts out of multiple vehicles on the property. When
I arrived I turned East off Rock Rd. and drove down a long driveway that spans about 150 yards. As I was driving onto the property, I noticed that
when you turn onto the driveway you can not see the house from the road. The driveway has vehicles parked on both sides and starts almost

As I was walking around taking photos of the vehicles I could not locate any fingerprints. It was easy to see where something was touched due to
dust on the vehicles but it appeared whoever was taking the items had gloves on. Along with the batteries taken from the vehicles, four other

land use change at the micro level. However, a building scale analysis provides much more benefits because it is a more realistic model and can be
easily combined with current urban big data. For example, if this agent–based model is combined with complex human behaviors data, it can provide
much more specific information for predicting events of an emergency such as a building fire and disasters from earthquake or tsunami. Also, if this
model is combined with information on spatial human activities from mobile–phone, it can provide great benefits for managing spatial and temporal
