Assignment 4: Time and Resource Constraints
Write a one to two (1–2) page paper in which you describe how
project schedules are modified to
account for time and resource constraints.
The format of the paper is to be as follows:
Typed, double-spaced, New Times Roman font (size 12), one-
inch margins on all
sides. APA format.
In addition to the one to two (1–2) pages required, a title page
is to be included. The
title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name,
the instructor’s name,
the course title, and the date.

Pyramid Printing Company’s controller, Pete Roberts, is
contemplating the restructure of a management incentive
program. Presently, managers are compensated on achievement
of levels of operating income. However, recent implementations
of JIT and new investments have resulted in improved
performance.
Consider the calculations of return on investment, residual
income, Economic Value Added ®, and return on sales. Which
do you believe to be a superior method of measuring
performance, and why? Select the measure that you believe
would be appropriate for Pyramid and justify your selection.

Project Risks Week 8 Discussion 1 Info for Assignment 4
The Florida Department of Transportation in Orlando, proposed
a plan to build more bike trails throughput the state. particularly
due to the fact that Florida is the most dangerous state in the
country for bicyclists. There was a huge budget brawl that
followed as well as vetoes by the Governor before a
consensus was reached. The "Sun Trails" initiative won $25
million dollars annually to expand and improve bike trails from
Pensacola to Key West. Central Florida will be greatly
rewarded because the "Coast-to-Coast Connector Trail" will
pass through five central Florida Counties, and will be
completed in five years. The plan is on schedule to be
completed on time and there is more than enough resources
available.
In viewing the five areas of management systems the one I
chose is Coordination and Relationship Management: How do
the various parties in the project adjust their activities with
respect to the other parties? Create an environment that fosters
interactions among team members with a minimum amount of
disruptions, overlaps, and conflict.Bring unity to various
elements that make up the project, organize around a
work breakdown structure (WBS) that divide the overall project
goals to specific activities and tasks for each area or
component.

Assignment 4: Robust Mindedness – Team Management
Due Week 8 and worth 100 points
Refer to the project from your local community or state that you
described in Week 8, Discussion 1. You
have learned that the unk-unk mind-set necessitates team
management and creates a culture of
encouraging problem reporting, valuing diversity, and utilizing
social cohesion.
Write a one to two (1-2) page paper in which you:
1. Describe to your project sponsor how you intend to develop
and implement an infrastructure
of your project's management systems, focusing on at least two
(2) significant unk-unks.
2. Prepare a communication on how your project team uses
social cohesion as it implements an
infrastructure of one (1) of the five (5) areas of management
systems.
3. Use at least two (2) quality resources in this assignment.
Note: Wikipedia and similar
Websites do not qualify as quality resources.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:
