Assignment 4: Time and Resource Constraints
Write a one to two (1–2) page paper in which you describe how project schedules are modified to
account for time and resource constraints.
The format of the paper is to be as follows:
Typed, double-spaced, New Times Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all
sides. APA format.
In addition to the one to two (1–2) pages required, a title page is to be included. The
title page is to contain the title of the assignment, your name, the instructor’s name,
the course title, and the date.
NOTE: You will be graded on the quality of your answers, the logic/organization of the report, your
language skills, and your writing skills.

Pyramid Printing Company’s controller, Pete Roberts, is
contemplating the restructure of a management incentive
program. Presently, managers are compensated on achievement
of levels of operating income. However, recent implementations

The Florida Department of Transportation in Orlando, proposed
a plan to build more bike trails throughput the state. particularly
due to the fact that Florida is the most dangerous state in the
country for bicyclists. There was a huge budget brawl that
followed as well as vetoes by the Governor before a
consensus was reached. The "Sun Trails" initiative won $25
million dollars annually to expand and improve bike trails from
Pensacola to Key West. Central Florida will be greatly
rewarded because the "Coast-to-Coast Connector Trail" will
pass through five central Florida Counties, and will be
completed in five years. The plan is on schedule to be
completed on time and there is more than enough resources
available.
In viewing the five areas of management systems the one I
chose is Coordination and Relationship Management: How do

respect to the other parties? Create an environment that fosters
interactions among team members with a minimum amount of
disruptions, overlaps, and conflict.Bring unity to various
elements that make up the project, organize around a
