3. DEFINITION OF A – 2 MILK
A2 milk is a variety of cow
milk that mostly lacks a form
of β-casein protein.

4. INTRODUCTION
A – 2 milk was brought to market by A – 2 MILK COMPANY and
is sold in Australia, Newzealand, China and United States.
It was sold in UK between 2012 & 2019.
Now cow milk including that of human, sheep, goat, donkeys,
yaks, camels and buffalos contain A – 2 beta casein and so the
term A -2 milk.
But there has been no widely accepted scientific work
identifying a direct link between A -1 protein and adverse effect
on health.
Risk of BCM -7 A- 1 milk was studied during 2005. (Truswell

Beta Casein has 209 amino acids.
9. WHY DO WE MUST INVOLVE A-2
MILK IN DIET
Heart Disease- Intake of A1 milk regularly can attack the heart and cause coronary
heart disease. The fact associated with the heart ailment is that by consuming A1
milk, fats get accumulated that clog and block the blood vessels, causing heart
disease.
Autism- It is not a mental health problem. The presence of BCM 7 in A1 milk
caused a developmental disorder known as Autism in children. Symptoms like
Muted emotions, lack or loss of language, limited eye contact, lack of pointing.
Research conducted on Autism patients revealed that a substantial amount of BCM 7
is found in the urine of Autism patients.
Sudden Infant Death Syndrome- SIDS (Expanded as Sudden Infant Death
Syndrome) is the worst nightmare for many parents. It is one of the principal causes
of death in apparently healthy babies in developed nations. Some mothers go ahead
with instant milk composition in place of breastfeeding. Excessive consumption of
A1 milk increases the level of BCM 7 in the body, and eventually, it penetrates into
the blood, leading to breathing issues. Several infants lost their lives due to this
reason.

• Digestion-related Issues- It’s a known fact that BCM 7 is an
opioid (poisonous) peptide, a small protein element that creates obstruction
on the way of smooth functioning of the digestion system. The problem of
indigestion and other health issues related to digestion, such as diarrhoea,
stomach ulcer, flatulence, etc., increases with the regular intake of A1 milk.

cow milk triggers Type 1 Diabetes in folks with genetic risk factors. Type 1
Diabetes is an autoimmune disease in which the human body fails to

A – 2 Milk is a variety of dairy milk that may be easier
to tolerate. Studies suggest that A -1 beta casein may be
harmful and that A-2 beta casein is a safer choice. Thus,
there is some public and scientific debate over these two
types of milk.
