2. INTRODUCTION
The car wash industry has been experiencing growth.
Besides, 69% of increase in owners using these
facilities for past 15 years, 8 million vehicles are
washed daily where 90% are owned by small business
owners. In addition, customers desire for a good
service and looks for a cheaper. Therefore,
professional car washes with environmental awareness
and safety.

• Time taken for customers to get their cars wash is
quite long
• Time allocation for each individual seems to get
more hectic.
• Customers always get confused as to choosing
the packages
• Sudden arrival of crowded customers
