This 5-minute carwash is a unique service that will be
introduced to the residents and passerby who owns a closed car
vehicle along Km 5 Buhangin. The machine used in this service will
be purchased abroad. This kind of machine is new not only in Davao
but also within the Philippines. This kind of service gives the clients
a unique experience and at the same time it is very customer
friendly machine where in the clients would really love. The time
consumed in car washing will only take 5 minutes.
• Interior Car Cleaning
This type of service is an option to our clients. It is the
discretion of our clients if they want to include the inside of the
interior part of the car. The clients will be more comfortable having
their car be cleaned inside and out.

research, the majority of our clients are males with ages 25 and above with

very easy to the passers-by to have their fast and very efficient car wash service.
These passerbies’s might come from provinces or any other area in Davao City.

People in Davao City who have vehicles like cars or motorcycles and
the like usually have their car wash on their nearest car wash shops since
most of them don’t have the time to wash their own vehicles. Our direct
competitors here in Davao City are car wash businesses that offer
traditional way of cleaning cars. These direct competitors have different
kind of services but we have something similar with how we satisfy our
customer through our services. What makes us different from these
competitors is that we offer drive–thru kind of car wash services that uses
a state-of-the-art facility.
There is this one thing that the other car washing facilities have that
we don’t have ̶ the customer’s trust. Thinking that our drive-thru car wash
business is new to the market, most customers stick to what they have
already used to. Since our drive-thru car wash business uses a new state-
of-the-art technology more curious customers will surely try this kind of

The Wash and Drive will promote our business through
distribution of fliers near the vicinity and even in the malls. In that
way the partners will be able to catch attentions from its
prospective customers since most car owners are males. This
promotion will last for a week before the opening and also a week
after the opening.
The partners will also promote the business through radio
promotion and social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram and
even Twitter since a lot of us now are using social networking sites
as a form of communication. In the first week of our operation we
will give some give-aways who avail our service. There is also a
distribution of leaflets or flyers and posting of posters nearby the
area like malls and subdivision.

In pricing the services we offer, we use the demand
pricing strategy. This demand pricing strategy is a
method of pricing where we set our price based on the
desire of the customers. We used this kind of strategy
because there is no existing competitor that uses the
same technology.
Since our business is new within the area we do
not have a basis on how much we will price our service
so we decided to base our pricing on the survey we
had conducted. Most of our respondents had
answered that they are willing to pay at a range of P
150.00 up to P 170.00 for the car wash service.

Village and Ladislawa Village and at a point where our sign is visible to drivers and
car owners for at least 40 seconds and must be at corner lots, interior lots with
