business).
Our project is running Men's fashion shop. We are students and we have little money. That's why we
should save money. But There are little Men's fashion shop
in Aizu-Wakamatsu city. That's why we should run Men's fashion shop in Aizu-Wakamatsu city.
B.Write a persuasive statement as to why this business type is important.
We are in our's youth. It's fashionable among young mens to dress up. We want
to buy various wear. But there are little Men's fashion shop in Aizu-Wakamatsu
city. If there are Men's fashion shops in Aizu-Wakamatsu city, this city will
thrive.
C. How do you plan to start this business?
We build Men's fashion shop near the Aizu-Wakamatsu station. If we build near
the station, the customer who lives in near Aizu-Wakamatsu city is easy to come
our shop.
D.Explain how you will coordinate between your group members. Explain the role
for each group member in this business.
Hirofumi Hori is a president. He thinks about management policy and operating
costs.
Yuuya Furukawa is a vice-president. He assisted the president.
Masayuki Nakata is an accountant. He write an account book and manage a working fund.
Junichi Murata is a working student. He does chores.

We are in the clothing industry. We provide high quality cloths and satisfaction
with customer.

principles. If you want to draft a mission statement, this is a good place to put it
in the plan.
Our reason is economic development of Aizu-Wakamatsu city and serve students who are careful about
their appearance.
C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations ? where you want your business to be.
Objectives are progress markers along the way to goal achievement.
For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a
leader in customer service and has a loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales targets
and some specific measures of customer satisfaction.
2. Our goal is that the yearly turnover of our company is about 100 million yen. We
hope that our shop will be a No.1 Men's fashion shop in Aizu-Wakamatsu city.
