1.Write an e-mail to me (your instructor) explaining the following:

There are three reasons why we get up this company. First reason is a climate of Aizu. Aizu climate is very cold. Second
reason is that there is a few shop selling clothes in Aizu. Final reason is there are some universities. For there reasons, we
decided to get up this company. We think plan to start this business is the following.
First, we start in business near the university. As a result, student's customer is made. So, we get benefit.
Second, the branch established in surroundings when we get a lot of benefit.
Finally, it makes this company to the national chain.
Next, I explain role of our company.
Accountant is Satoru Yoshida.
Diplomat is Shouhei Nakayama.
Inventory manager is Sanshiro Hosokawa and Toru Hasegawa .
Company presidents is Keita Yamaguchi.
Our uneasiness is that we get a lot of investments.

2
A. What business will you be in? What will you do?

I want to open the shop which specialized in a tool for protection against the c
old.
And I want to extend the scale of the company.

B. Mission Statement: Many companies have a brief mission statement, usually in thirty words or less, explaining their
reason for being and their guiding principles. If you want to draft a mission statement, this is a good place to put it in the
plan.

We give all customers an article of good quality.
Because customer is very important for a company.

C. Company goals and objectives: Goals are destinations — where you want your business to be. Objectives are progress
markers along the way to goal achievement. For example, a goal might be to have a healthy, successful company that is a
leader in customer service and has a loyal customer following. Objectives might be annual sales targets and some specific
measures of customer satisfaction.

First objective is to make it the black and customer satisfaction is degree more than 80%.
Next objective is to make the black more than the black of the last year.

D. Business philosophy:What is important to you in business?

Our policy does not lower customer satisfaction than 80%.
Because customer is very important for a company.

E. To whom will you market your products? Your target market? (State it briefly here - you will do a more thorough
explanation in the Marketing section).

Our target is a student of the universities.
Because we think that the university student's coming from other district doesn't be measures against cold.

F. Describe your industry. Is it a growth industry? What changes do you foresee in your industry, short term and long term?
How will your company be poised to take advantage of them?

We may not be popular, but we want to shape it to be popular little by little.
We preparations is that we get a lot of brands which are popular among young.
G. Your most important company strengths and core competencies:

What factors will make the company succeed?

build up a solid clientele

What do you think your major competitive strengths will be?

It is the geographical convenience of the company.

What background experience, skills, and strengths do you personally bring to this new venture?
The knowledge that I lived in this area for one year.
