A. Because there are few fashion shop for man only in Aizu-Wakamatsu city. University of
Aizu students are in their's impressionable youth. Most University of Aizu students are
interested in clothes to some extent. If they want to buy new clothes now, they have to go
to Koriyama at least. If you go to Koriyama using transportation, you have to pay at least
¥2,000 as transportstion expenses. But if there is a men's fashion shop NFH has a rich
selection of goods, they don't have to out of Aizu-Wakamatsu city. And our shop's
products is inexpensive. That's why Aizu students can buy clothes in our shop. At the end,
we want to cooperate with economic development in Aizu by launching men's fashion
shop. That is why it is necessary for Aizu to launching a new fashion business.

B. First, we should consider what the customer think about. If we can understand the
customer's thinking, we supply the customer's demand. Second, we should make friends
with company that has materials. That is why we sell the inexpensive clothes all year
round. Third, we should cooperate with Aizu-Wakamatsu citizen because we can find
citizen's thinking and we can obtain a piece of useful information. Fourth, we should
provide the customer with good service and satisfaction because we let the customer be
happy when the customer comes to our company. Fifth, we should advertise our company
and we should inform our company of our company.

C.How should your business reach out to the potential customers?
What might be some of the ways you will advertise your company. We have to make a
advertisement which our company. The advertisement is distributed people who live
around Aizu-Wakamatsu city. And we post the advertisement at the Aizu-Wakamatsu
station and University of Aizu...etc. People who live around Aizu-Wakamatsu city are going
to see our advertisement. It may be good that we speech about our company at University
of Aizu. There are a lot of students who are interested in our company. And we speech
also Aizu-Wakamatsu station. The reason is that a lot of people live around
Aizu-Wakamatsu city use the station. If we are able to advertise our company to a lot of
people, our company is going to be popular.

D. How should you advertise your products?
Develop a proper advertising strategy to market your product to the local community. Write
a slogan for your advertisement. We should make a advertisement which is seen a lot of
people. Our company's slogan is “Low price and beautiful”. We should write this slogan
which is big character. Our advertisement is easy to see. So character is very big and
colorfully. Also, we publish a photograph which is our products. It is easy to see the
photograph than the character. A lot of people who see our advertisement are going to be
interested in our products and company. We have to show place where our company
builds. Our appeal point is lower price any other company. We advertise a lot of good point
about our products. That's how we advertise our products.

E. Our company is Men's only fashion shop and there are many male students in
University of Aizu. That is why University of Aizu students can always go to NFH. First, if
University of Aizu advertise our fashion shop on a school paper, the readers of a school
paper are able to know our company and our company's details. Second, if editer of
school paper insert an advertisement with a coupon in the school paper, the number of
Aizu students who interested in our product or our company has increased little by little.
Third, Aizu students are good at programing. That is why Aizu students can make NFH's
homepage.

F. At first, a place to sell an article is necessary. In addition, a fitting room is necessary as
space. Hangers to wear a showcase, an article to put article shelf, an article to put an
article are necessary to sell an article. An article to be sold next is necessary. For
example, a T-shirt, pants, a hat, shoes, a bag, a belt, an accessory. Several
salespersons(staffs) are necessary to sell an article. A cash register is necessary to sell an
article. Change of the money is necessary for time when buying and selling was
concluded. There is our shop in Aizu Wakamatsu. There may be a person saying that a

when it is from the other towns. So it is necessary for us to set up service of the Internet
sale for a far-off person. Another, as for the Internet sale, it is necessary in what the one
that busy, and can not come to the store in a shop even if live near can use.

article in a shop. The shop sells an article in not only one store but also plural stores. They
do the sale on the Internet. They are sold in not only the site of the own company but also
the shopping sites. Another, they publicize it with fashion magazines and do the mail
order. Staff oneself becomes the model with the fashion magazine and appeals to you for
the article. The price of the article which they sell (On the Internet). T-shirt is price about
3,000 yen ~ 12,500 yen. Pants are various prices. A hat is price about 3675 yen ~ 8400
yen,etc. When the season changes, they discount the article. And the old article is cheap.
