The style of this advert is very creative and well put together and gives off a humorous but
modern effect. The overall message of the advert is to have breakfast at McDonalds and it
gives an idea of what products they are selling. When it comes to what voices were used
there were many including male and female ranging from all ages, the advert was telling
what you could get at McDonalds and his was said by many of the voices with their different
accent and tones. The tones of language which were used were very happy you could tell by
this because of things they were saying and the way they said it. Conversational is only the
word when it comes to this advert a lot was said about the products and a short story line
was made with the different voices saying different things. As I mentioned before about
naming the products throughout the advert for example ‘bacon roll with red sauce’ ‘hash
brown’. This I would say is very informative.
There is no initial slogan or tagline when it comes to McDonalds, although there is the iconic
whistle tune at the very end of the advert which is a very popular and well done tune. The
company name McDonalds was mentioned about three times but in different accents and
one in another language (welsh) I believe. The final one was said right at the very end with
some terms and conditions. No contacts details were said in the advert but a closing time
for breakfast was mentioned.
Music was also used this was just a soft guitar playing in the background. The main purpose
of this advert was too promote McDonalds breakfast and as I mentioned before he does
name some of the products throughout the advert.
