2. Nikon D3000
We will be using a Nikon D3000 during our A2 Media generally for the
photos for the subsidiary tasks such as the magazine advertisement and
DVD cover. From past experience, we know the Nikon D3000 provides
excellent quality and can assure that the photos produced will be of a
professional standard. To edit the photos, I will be using Adobe
Photoshop which I have had plenty of experience with as I have used it
throughout my media courses (GCSE & AS) and also in other subjects
such as Graphics.
3. Canon FS10-Iphone 4S-Sony Handy cam
Before planning, the only camcorder that I assumed we was using was
the Canon FS10 but when we booked the camcorder for a half term
break, all the Canon FS10’s had been taken so we had no option but to
use the Sony Handy cam which didn't seem to have much difference in
quality. On one of the days of recording, we had realised the camcorder
had not been charged and thought our productive day may have came
to an early end until we realised my Iphone 4S had near as good camera
quality so was able to continue recording for the rest of the day.
4. H2 Handy voice recorder
Within the group, no one had used this voice recorder much in the past,
but it wasn’t hard to work it. We didn't really use it much, only for the
team diary to feedback what we had done on each day.
Apple Mac laptops
Again, no one in the group has experience with Apple Macs or
Final cut so it took a while to get comfortable with using it. As
Raihanul had nominated himself to take control of the editing, he
need more practice with Final cut than myself or Benji
