2. In what ways does your media product use, develop or change forms and conventions of real media products? My magazine relates to the XXL magazine with the colour pallet and the text style of the title. The colour pallet is a mix of black, white and red. A lot of R&B and Hip Hop magazines use this colour pallet as black represents mystery, red represents passion or danger and white stands for clean and fresh. The text style used in XXL magazine is focused on the outline of the title, as used in my magazine.

6. My contents page relates to other music magazines because I have used to the same style of font and layout of the articles .
7. I also used the layout of the title from the VIBE magazine. The reason I used it is because I found it really interesting and unique unlike other magazines.
9. My double page spread has similar codes and conventions as other music magazine as it has a large, bold image for the article. I have included two images unlike some magazines but the images on a double page spread need to be big and bold to stand out and catch the readers eye. This Picture for Lilly Allen is an excellent example as it is bold but colourful and catches the readers eye.
10. A key code and convention for a double page spread is a bold title that gives you a small sentence about the article or a quote from the artist from their music or about their lifestyle. My title is the name of the artist and the artists latest song release however it also relates to his relationship and life, not only his song.
