2. • I uploaded the
Documentary and
Radio Trailer to
YouTube &
Facebook, so
members of the public
could give me
feedback on the
production work.
• The comments were
fairly positive with
some constructive
criticism.

3. Documentary
Feedback
• As you can see from the comment, the person overall liked the
documentary but felt the voice could have been a bit more energetic.
• I partly disagree with this comment as I believe we used the correct
codes & conventions with the voice over.
• I don’t agree with the comment about it being on BBC3 I believe I
could have been published on either BBC3/ Channel 4 and it would
of appealed to both target audiences.
4. • This is a comment from someone who would be classed as are
target audience.
• As you can see from the comment, he has talked about how the
documentary has effected how he feels about tattoo’s which was a
main aim of mine.
• He also talks about the cutaways and how they are
smooth, therefore crediting the editing.

5. • Here someone commented
on the music choice, which
was mentioned quite
regularly.
• People explained how it
fitted in with the theme of
the documentary.
• The cutaways were again
mentioned in this
comment.
• I believe the use of the
images showing when the
interviewees were talking
has been effective and the
audience feedback has
shown this.

6. I received feedback from fellow pupils, these
were some of comments received:
• “The fact you actually filmed people getting
tattoo’s made the documentary look more
professional and interesting”.
• “You choose good music”.
• “You included all the required codes &
conventions”.
• “The voice over information was relevant and
interesting”.
• “Good jump cuts on the tattoo artist interview”.
• “There was an equal amount of information and
cutaways”.

7. Radio Trailer
Feedback• The comments we
received for the radio
advert were mostly
positive.
• Except for one which
commented on the way in
which the voice over
sounded, due to the tone of
the speakers voice.
• They also talked about the
sound levels, how there
was a large amount of
background noise in the
inserted clips.
• This couldn’t be
helped, but we could of
avoided it by choosing clips
that didn’t have any
background sound.
8. Newspaper Advert
Feedback
• Our poster advert received all positive feedback, with everyone
believing it was a “real” channel 4 advert.
• This will be due to the fact we followed the codes and conventions of
a newspaper advert.
• Including the large image grabs peoples attention and makes them
want to find out what the programme is about.
• I feel this helped and is one of the reasons we received such positive
feedback.
