FROM OUR
FOUNDER
In the last 18 months, we've seen the economic
landscape changing rapidly for all businesses. While
the no-contact and work-from-home regulations were
detrimental to most businesses, we saw an increasing
adoption of eCommerce and reliance on a reliable,
remote workforce. Corporations and small businesses
alike digitized their brand to focus heavily on unlocking
online channels to sustain and grow revenue. In a world
where anyone can monetize their skills, it will be
increasingly difficult for businesses of all sizes to recruit
and retain talent. The subscription workforce is the next
frontier in the evolution of the employment model, one
where companies have the flexibility of scaling up or
down as needs change without getting locked in on
lengthy retainers or long-term contracts.
With the pandemic causing mass disruption in
consumer behavior, we've seen millions of businesses
go under as they struggle to compete with better
capitalized and resource-efficient alternatives. More
than ever before, the internet and social media have
leveled the playing field, giving all entrepreneurs who
have the grit and hustle to create and distribute
content at scale.
Nurturing and growing an audience takes
patience and accrued in value over a
sustained period of time, and requires
consistent operational execution and
creative thinking. We have developed a
solution that empowers small business
owners through an all-in-one solution that
takes a holistic approach and creates a
personalized plan specific to every
business. Our teams consist of channel
specialists guided by an experienced
strategist, ensuring operational efficiency
while cutting out all of the overhead costs
of in-house hiring. Gone are the days you
spend hours recruiting flimsy freelancers
who have no history or aptitude of working
together on a team for what can be up to
several years.
The winners of the shift in the economy will
be the ones who adapt to the changing
landscape and take a flexible approach to
curate and empower autonomous teams.
We hope this publication is helpful to
uncover some of the omnichannel
marketing strategies your business can
employ not only to stay afloat but thrive in
the decade ahead. Happy reading.
Yours truly,
Founder & CEO

5. WHAT IS OMNICHANNEL MARKETING?
Omnichannel marketing is marketing through all available methods of
communication. The product or service is promoted across all
touchpoints, creating an integrated experience for the customer. Methods
of advertising have evolved alongside the technology available to
distribute them. Print advertising was the most prevalent form of
marketing for most of human history. The advent of electronics in the 20th-
century, however, gave advertisers new ways to distribute their offers.
Advertisers utilized newspapers, magazines, and billboards, then radio,
television, telephone, and the internet. In the digital age of today, the most
effective way to attract and keep customers is through omnichannel
marketing - a multifaceted marketing approach that communicates
through every available outlet.

6. Q4.2021 EMAIL
MARKETING
Email is one of the most effective marketing methods available to
advertisers due to its unmatched cost-efficiency. Unlike advertising on
billboards and commercials, sending an email is free. Also, emails can be
personalized and tailored exclusively to the customer. Email marketing
benefits from knowing a customer's prior purchase history which allows
marketers to suggest similar deals and products they would be more likely
to purchase. These numerous benefits make email marketing an excellent
avenue for advertisers to utilize.

7. SOCIAL MEDIA
MARKETING
05
Q4.2021
Social media is another valuable way companies can reach their target
consumers. Social media marketing is creating and distributing
personalized content on social media platforms such as Facebook,
Twitter, and Instagram. Companies can promote their brand identity,
increase their brand awareness, drive web traffic, communicate available
offers, and develop bonds with their customers. Advertising space on a
social media website requires paying the owners of the social media
company, but creating a company account for a business and using it as
a marketing platform is totally free.
8. Print marketing is the most
prevalent form of advertising
across all of human history,
dating back as far as ancient
Egypt. Source. While it has
become less important with the
advent of digital technology, it
remains an extremely effective
marketing channel.
Although advertising in newspapers, magazines, pamphlets, and leaflets
tends to be more expensive than digital methods due to the material
costs, it tends to be more effective since it engages the customers' haptic
memory - or touch memory. Research has demonstrated that this
sensory process of touching makes the advertisement more memorable
than the purely visual sensory experience of a digital advertisement.

9. DISPLAY
MARKETING
07
It is an easy and effective way to promote brand awareness and increase
sales. Although display marketing reaches a broad audience, it does have
some disadvantages, such as low click rates and potentially not reaching
its target audience due to ad-blockers. Despite these drawbacks, display
marketing is still an extremely prevalent and valuable method of
advertising.
Q4.2021
Display advertising is another effective advertising channel utilized in a
comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy. Display advertising
consists of the digital images, graphics, pictures, pop-ups, and banners
used on internet websites.
10. Mobile marketing is advertising to consumers through
their mobile devices like phones or tablets. This
includes marketing through SMS or MMS messaging,
applications, and websites. Since the advent of
smartphone and tablet technology, the world has
witnessed an incredibly rapid increase in their usage.
Today, a staggering 79% of Americans, and 45% of
the population worldwide, have and use a
smartphone. Source. Potential customers are
spending a significant amount of their time using their
mobile devices. With this growing usage, marketing
through mobile phones has become an extremely
profitable way for advertisers to deliver their
messages and offers to their target consumers.

11. DIGITAL
MARKETING
09
In contrast to search engine
optimization, pay per click is a
temporary form of advertising
where the company's homepage
cuts to the front of the list but only
for as long as the company is
paying for it. Google is the most
popular website in the world,
accounting for more visits than
the next eight most popular
websites combined, it would be
careless marketing to not utilize it.
Q4.2021
Digital marketing is marketing through digital channels such as social
media, websites, email, and search engines - including search engine
optimization and pay-per-click advertising. Search engine optimization is
the process of raising a company's website to the top of the results list on
a search engine website such as Google.
12. Out of home (OOH) marketing - also known as outdoor marketing -
encompasses billboards, posters, wallpapers, murals, and other large-
scale, outdoor, visual advertisements. Less common forms of out of home
marketing include the images on the sides of a bus or the writing in the sky
left behind by a plane. Out of home advertisements are more affordable
than radio, television, and internet advertisements; and they deliver
effective results. The effectiveness of out of home marketing depends a lot
on its location and quality, but it remains a tried and true method of
advertising.

13. WEB
MARKETING
11
Web marketing is marketing a company or business through a website. In
contrast to other marketing channels, web marketing is a low-cost and
effective method of delivering content. Americans spend several hours on
the internet every day. For a company to generate revenue and publicity
to its full potential, they need a presence online, they need a website.
These days, any company or business that does not have a website
seems archaic compared to its competitors.
Q4.2021
14. In the hectic and fast-paced digital world of 2021, the most productive way
to generate brand awareness is through using all available outlets -
through omnichannel marketing. Companies and organizations will either
adapt or go out of business to competitors who employ the latest avenues
of marketing products. Advertising on billboards, television, or newspapers
is not enough anymore - the most successful companies will be the ones
who employ every available marketing channel. Through its
unprecedented effectiveness at omnichannel marketing, 150birds allows
a company to stay ahead of the competition and get to the customers
first.

AXENAYLEE
AXEnAYLEE was born in a makeshift artist's workspace in 2012, in Marin
County, California, to Amber Danté, Founder and Designer in Chief. As an
up-and-coming specialty accessories brand, what launched in the
summer of 2020 began as an earring-making hobby for Amber.
AXEnAYLEE could only go so far without a presence online. Noticing that
she could benefit tremendously from selling her products online, she
turned to 150birds. We helped her take her consumer brand online,
designing a website for her company with sleek structure and design - as
well as descriptions for her products which she was now selling online.
Through further collaboration, we were able to increase her website’s
conversion rate 5.2%, and decrease her website bounce rate 27%.

20. Kailash Concepts is a behavioral finance and portfolio strategy company
founded in 2010 by a team with over 70 years of money management
experience. Wishing to change their business model and increase the
profitability of their company, they went to 150birds.
After less than a year of working together, we ach ieved some spectacular
results.
Through conversion rate optimization, paid acquisition across multiple
social channels, community building, email marketing, and website
enhancements - 150birds was able to increase Kailash Concepts’ online
sales 502%. Their return on their investment was 322%. For every dollar
they spent for 150birds, they earned over triple from our help.

ZOMES
Zomes is an innovative company that is building the next generation of
eco-friendly outdoor structures. Created by Karim Bishay, a pioneer in
adaptive organization styles, Zomes strives to create building structures
that are environmentally sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and thermally
efficient. After building these ceramic structures as a hobby, Karim
decided to commercialize his structures and needed a partner to take
Zomes to market.
In the span of a few months with 150birds, we located and surveyed
Zomes’ target consumer demographic and used this information to design
a fresh new website for the company. Our work led to a 77% increase in
the average amount of time spent on their website and 32% decrease in
the bounce rate.

22. With over twelve-million members, over two-hundred-thousand
employees, and over $88 billion of annual operating income, Kaiser
Permanente is a titan of the American healthcare industry. Thirty-two
years ago, they founded a healthcare college in Richmond, California
known as the Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Sciences. Struggling to
successfully draw quality applicants and seeking to increase brand
awareness for the college, Kaiser turned to 150birds.
Through employing new advertisements and enhancing the effectiveness
of their existing ones, 150birds was able to significantly increase the
college’s brand awareness and web traffic. The result was an additional
7,000 prospects visiting the website. Furthermore, it was done with cost-
efficiency. The CPC or cost-per-click of the advertisements on Google was
$0.21 (average is $1-2) and on LinkedIn $2 (average is $5). Source. Source.
In other words, 150birds was able to increase the site’s web traffic at
fractions of what it usually costs to do.
