We should be generous and compassionate to others
especially the less fortunate, because we know the feeling
to have nothing.
GENEROSITY is giving wholeheartedly without expecting
anything in return.
Write TRUE if the statement is correct and FALSE if it is not.
1. To respect oneself is to accept one’s uniqueness as a person and at the same
time to recognize one’s potential.
2. When we show respect for others, we do not only express our concern for them
but we are able to gain and earn their approval or even admiration and thus,
their respect.
3. The way we deal with one another is affected and conditioned by someone’s
age, status, and rank.
4. Respect means recognizing the differences of other people but not necessarily
also accepting them.
5. We have the moral obligation to treat everyone regardless of who they are and
what they have done.
6. Respect is more of a behavior than an attitude.
7. Respect is also obeying rules, laws and customs of the family, faith, community
and country.
9. To volunteer means you are responsible, you
are civic-minded, that your community is
important to you and that you are a caring person.
10. Helping people can empower both the giver
and the receiver of help.
11. Help is a choice freely given without being
forced to.
12. Generosity is a habit of giving which expects
a reward in return.
