2. SYNOPSIS
Synopsis
A girl walks down a corridor in a doctors surgery towards a door to the waiting room. The girl then opens
the door and walks in. She comes in, sits down and then notices another girl sitting opposite her in the room
alone on her phone. The girl recognises the other girl as they were best friends a long time ago and haven’t
seen each other in years.
She goes over to the girl and they both scream in surprise and hug. They sit down next to eachother and
talk about how they have been and what they have done with their lives. After talking for a while the girls then
question each other about why they are at the doctors. Then, one of the girls then reveals to her friend that
she is pregnant. Surprisingly the other girl is pregnant as well and they both happen to be having check ups to
make sure that everything is going well with their pregnancies. The scene ends and the screen goes black.

3. SCRIPT
The scene is set in a doctors surgery.
*Girl 1 walks down the corridor towards the waiting room and pushes the door open. She sits
down then realises that she knows the girl sitting opposite her.*
Girl 1: Kelly…is that you?!
Girl 2: Yes it is. Oh my gosh Vicky I haven’t seen you in years!
*Both girls stand up and rush towards each other and hug with excitement*
Girl 1: I know it’s been way too long! How have you been?!
Girl 2: I’ve been very well thank you, what about yourself?
Girl 1: Ah good and yes I’ve been great thanks. Are you still with your boyfriend? Kevin isn’t it?
Girl 2: Yes I am! Are you still with Luke?
Girl 1: Yes! We’re still together… very happy!
Girl 2: Aw, I’m glad to hear. So what brings you here?
Girl 1: Well…
*Girl 1 smiles and blushes then does a nervous laugh*
Girl 2: Go on tell me….
Girl 1: I only found out this a few weeks ago and haven’t told many people but… I’m pregnant!
Girl 2: No way?! That’s crazy because guess what… that’s the reason why I am as well! I’m
pregnant too!
*The girls then hug in excitement again and congratulate each other until Kelly’s name is called by
her doctor. Kelly says goodbye to Vicky and then exits. Screen goes black and scene ends*
