2. Preliminary task
This is my preliminary magazine that I made when I didn’t
really know what I was doing.This is very different to the
magazine front cover that I have made now because I believe
that I have developed and learned new skills.
As you can see from the picture of my preliminary task I tried
to make it look like an actual magazine front cover and I think
it worked to a certain extent.
The ways I think it have worked is because its kind of set out
like a magazine front cover would be, this is by having the
mast head at the top of the page and normally the barcode on
the bottom right of the page and cover stories round the page.
As you can see from the picture I have tried to do that.

3. This Is my magazine front that I have worked on for some
time and I think this is very different to my preliminary task
because I have looked at some music magazines and tried to
copy them and I think it has worked a lot better then my
preliminary task did.
I think that since doing my preliminary task I have developed
my skills in making a magazine.This is because as you can see
this magazine front cover is very different from preliminary
task. I used many different things in the making of this front
cover to when I made my preliminary task.
Some the skills that I have developed since doing my
preliminary task is using photoshop because when I was
doing my preliminary task I wouldn't try and use photoshop
because I didn’t really know how to use it but when I was
doing my actual front cover I knew I needed to try and use so I
tried and just kept trying till I got the hang of it.

4. I also think I developed my knowledge of magazines because
when making my magazine I learned all the terms for certain
things on the pages. I think this helped me make my magazine
because then I knew what I needed to put on the page to make
it look conventional to an actual music magazine.
Furthermore I think that developed my skills in listening to feed
back and improving my work.This is because when we had to
get a page done by a certain deadline and get feedback on it, I
think that I managed to listen to the feedback and then change
the things or improved the things that needed improving.
