 Philip Cohen (Director)
Phil recently joined the group as Director to form the new Recruitment
Answers Commercial division after 10 years within the recruitment
industry working with clients ranging from large multi-nationals down to
SMEs and public sector organisations.
 Denis Raymond (Director)
Denis has over 15 years experience in recruitment and originally setup
Recruitment Answers Ltd 10 years ago after a very successful career
within a national recruitment agency, being the youngest National
Account Manager ever within the company.

Perm Salary Fee (margin)
£9,999 or less 15% or annual salary
£10,000 to £19,999 17.5% of annual salary
£20,000 to £29,999 20% of annual salary
£30,000 or more 25% of annual salary
Temp Salary Fee (margin)
All salaries 22% of hourly rate
Temp to Perms: charged at standard rate if within 26 weeks. No charge
after then
