 Processing RFQ .
 Creation of Sale Order for the PO received from the customer.
 Supporting e-commerce including order confirmation order change, update customer system with
report generated from SAP.

 Maintain and develop good relationship with stakeholders through personal contact, meetings or
via telephone etc.
 Working towards the on time delivery of goods to customers.
 Adhere to the SOP’s and departmental training guidelines.
Team Management & Leadership:
 Handling the team on behalf of supervisor and assigning the work equally to the team and
ensuring the team is performing to its best potential & fulfilling the SLA.
 Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, preparing presentation about the team
performance and reviewing with team members and manager, providing feedbacks and areas of
improvements to the members.
 Successfully conducting team building activities and build team effectiveness by promoting a
spirit of cooperation between team members and motivating the team members to ensure that
each team member derives the utmost Job Satisfaction.
